The lady that took our order didn't know what she was doing. She couldn't answer our questions, the chicken strips were a lot smaller than advertised in the picture, got about 6 fries, and our blizzards were left out and got melted. The lady still tipped the blizzards over even when they were clearly melted, it dropped onto the table and all she said was sorry and still served them to us. Everyone working there didn't seem to know what they were doing.

Walked in at 10 am, nobody said a word to me, the person at the drive thru looked at me 4 different times and never said a word to me nor tried to take my order. Worst customer service.

Couldn't accept gift cards, and 3 of the 5 blizzards we were trying to order could not be made because they were out of product. Very disappointed

The absolute worst food I've ate. I'm mad about it to because I've never ate at a Dairy queen before definitely won't again mind you they have great customer service well the lady that took our order was amazing she even did her restaurant figure eight which seeing that is impressive that places still use that method! But the burnt meat over sauced burger to the still frozen fries we all got frozen fries. They weren't even busy! The guy wasn't having it on the refund. I don't argue so we just left!

For the second time I’ve been told that I can’t order a burger because it was too close to closing time. This time was ~15 min before closing, the last time was 30min. Maybe more. And after I was denied tonight, the cook was rude, threw his hands up, and said we’re closing in 10 min for the holiday.
