They are extremely slow. I waited in the drive thru line for 30 mins. Ridiculous

For the second time I’ve been told that I can’t order a burger because it was too close to closing time. This time was ~15 min before closing, the last time was 30min. Maybe more. And after I was denied tonight, the cook was rude, threw his hands up, and said we’re closing in 10 min for the holiday.

Went to this dairy queen this afternoon and when I put in my order for the drive through they said it was 3.49 for a small cone...... I was wondering when I pulled up why there was no one in line at the drive thru and no cars in the parking lot. Once I no heard the price realized that the prices where so outlandish that no one in their right mind would be there. Canceled my order and won't be back with those prices.

Stopped in and got a chicken strip dinner strips were good but fry’s were like they been setting for hours and bread was cold and flat like someone put it through a press tired of getting screwed for what I pay so hell with going to owners I’ll be calling corporate franchise to complain cause the owners sure don’t give a sh-t about things

Ice Cream was great, however, the customer service was horrible. The girl on headset/window seemed unsure about what our order was and then did not repeat our order to confirm until after we asked. Not only that, she also did not seem to care at all when we were at the window. In addition, our blizzards were partially melted, overflowing/leaking down the side of the cups, and messy.

My husband and I spent the day outside scraping and painting our garage today, and I was not wanting to cook supper. So, we decided to go to Dairy Queen( big mistake). We have not had very good experiences at this facility since the Taylor's sold it. Our order was over $30, and not worth it! It was all messed up. Didn't get what we ordered and it was cold. We even waited for awhile at the window. This is the worst place in Independence, Kansas to eat!!!!

Drive through line is ridiculously long no matter what time I go in. Something should be done. Drive thru wait time is not acceptable.

...I may have got the same 'karen' as the previous review. Take this woman off counter duty and have her work in the back. I stopped in returning from a day in Tulsa...first time inside (usually go through drive thru)...she was horr-i-ble-older, long gray hair. No hi or welcome, didn't know the menu or toppings - told me no when I asked for something and did! have it/didn't even try to figure out what may? be a good substitute. I gave the order 3 times...came out wrong...I asked her if she was listening? When i asked for the topping (as my order had none though I ordered it), I was not charged for one...she frowned and put a topping on it. She was so cranky I was getting money out to pay and she waved me off. Drive-thru crew is always! cheerful and efficient and I stick to that now. Gave a 3 overall thanks to the grumpy older gal...who should be coaching mentoring younger staff - good grief.

Had a karen raise hell over my service dog being inside. Cashier was amazing kept cool as lady shot me nasty looks. Thank you Dairy Queen for being nice after such a rude encounter with another customer.

please stop for a quick bite to eat there and the lady behind the counter really took her time to make sure my order was right because I'm allergic to cheese. Behind the house staff was quick with our food and it was delicious.
