order 75 worth of food and got the smallest portion a kid would still be hungry. the sides are bigger then the food we got

Came in and ordered 3 rib and fries combo got home the fries were overcooked and some were burnt and to crunchy to eat had to throw them in the trash

Save your money and go elsewhere. Briskets was dry as dry gets and they serve it like they’re proud of it. Sides are fine but can’t say much for their meats.

Several times have been through and ate here so finally decided to leave a review as it has been the same each time. The staff there are horrible. Rude! Young people aren't friendy at all and act like they don't care. Don't tell you any specials or when you ask about something or item they are snotty to you. Then it is like who can floop it on plate faster a race. And if you stop a minute to think what you want next they roll eyes. Cashier not nice at all. Need at least one adult with them as they are goofing off while customers are eating there. Need customer service. Food always burnt up hard to eat the little bit you get. Bread rock hard. Food not real eatable. Drank has been ok. Building clean. You need to talk be helpful nice pleasent to customers.

If you have a hard time deciding where to eat in Independence, eat here. Building is beautiful! I know sounds crazy to say for a BBQ place, but it is nice. Service was excellent, food was above satisfactory. They are pricey for BBQ and maybe a little stingy with portions but overall good place to eat

Made a online order which thought was a great family deal. Order bone-less wings got home to fine bone-in wings was missing some other stuff, so I called up there and the girl said that they don't have any bone-less wings and I asked her then why is it on your menu. She said she the menu was wrong. I've work in fast food and if you don't have something you should have called the customer and tell them you don't carry that item that is on your menu. But she was like what do you want me to do bout it. Then my child told me he found a bone in his Polish sausage

Not bad. Needs a bigger selection of BBq sauce. They only got one. It's good but I wanted something a little richer.

MAKE A ROOT BEER FLOAT!!! Also, we ? the big yellow cups. This is our favorite Dickey’s and our favorite place in independence. Today the management was extra nice - offered to customize my salad. I watched him treat his employees with the utmost respect and just really gave the best service around. If this manager isn’t the owner, the owners are very lucky to have him! Great place, greater service, fantastic food!!!

Very pleased with the New Manager! Very friendly to customers! If it’s not busy she will come by and clear the table if you’re finished She made the Atmosphere so much better! Greats every Customer with a Smile and good vibe!

Cool place, nice setup. It’s clean, staff is friendly and food is very good! Has free ice cream, my kids love it and kids eat free on Sunday!

Wonderful place, great service and I'm not just saying this because my grandson works their. So if you stop by their tell Jordan hi and I promise you will enjoy the food and atmosphere their. The whole staff is nice.

Parking: The place is right downtown so I'm sure some days would be harder than others to get parking right up front. But weekend most stores are closed town down so you have no problem getting a parking spot.

Wheelchair accessibility: Door are double doors so no problem their and the front of place is paved no stairs where you could say it be hard to get up to the place also you can eat outside if you like to, and while you still can in another month it be to hot to be sitting outside. Inside the place is quite big I actually was shocked the first time I stopped their I really didn't think it was that roomy inside I had it pictured it alot smaller. You also can reserve the upstairs for get-togethers or graduation parties like we did before, we ordered the food from them and drinks, but we brought the cake. Had a great time, definitely would recommend. Say hi to Jordan my grandson their.
