Unfortunately we arrived just 20 minutes before closing. They took care of us & never rushed us through our meal, even when they started their closing ritual. Vacuuming, sweeping, etc. They did not remove the food from the buffet until we were finished with them. Good was good but the chicken was kind of picked through.I've always liked down home. Real mashed potatoes, multiple salads, always chicken plus several other entrees.Would always recommend down home
We found this gem of a restaurant while traveling thru town and couldn't be happier that we stopped. The decor is cute, the waitress was great, and the food (we had the buffet) was amazing! If you are in the area you definitely need to stop!
