Our server, Emma, was so kind & attentive. They couldn’t sub the meat on my meal for something else & she apologized even though it’s not her fault, we really loved how sweet she was!

The food was very good and arrived quickly. The service only got a 4 star because we had to stand there for awhile before we were told to go ahead and sit anywhere then the waitress wasn't the best. But the food was very good!

$3 for one drink $3 for a side from a menu that says one side is included $10 for a sandwich that looks as if it were made for a child feed 2 other people and your spending $80 and everyone is still hungry afterwards. Nobody offered to refill our drinks but thankfully because we probably would've been charged for the refills too.

Used to eat at this location a lot stopped due to poor service about 4 months ago we tried it again things seemed to improve greatly BUT yesterday 07/27 it was absolutely horrible, server was definitely preoccupied and the food was terrible. Cold fries and mushy fruit for my daughter, burnt potatoes and the hamburger patty that was ordered hamburger steak was a dry torched patty of well ya know where that goes s going . Someone needs to really take this place over

Just left Eggberts in Independence, ks after biting into Raw chicken. It was their chicken parmesan and they took it back and put it back on the grill with the sauce on it. Not a good experience!
Was in Kansaa visiting our Grandaughter so she took us there for lunch. Everyone loved their food except my cheeseburger was dry. Service was very good.

Parking: On the weekends due to the high volume of customers it may be a little harder to find a parking place but thru the week day it's not too bad

I'm not sure why the chicken Parmesan is called chicken Parmesan, I didn't taste or see any Parmesan. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the breading on it was very delicate, of which I appreciated very much. It was topped with hollandaise sauce. The sauce was broken and greasy but had good flavor. The fried squash were ok but on the greasy side as well. I didn't particularly care for the bland Mac and cheese. However, the biscuit was downright horrible! It was dry and hard and had been heated on the grill with oil. So very bad. Inedible even with the nice selection of jelly, preserves, and apple butter. My friend ordered the scrambled eggs with sausage and said they were over done and rubbery. The fruit was mediocre, it appeared to me like it had been frozen or was old. The toast was good ?
