Took my daughter in today to celebrate her making Honor Roll and as we walked in, we were greeted by ONE waitress and there were 4 present but they were all openly counting their tips at the counter...AND SO WE WAITED...two groups of 4 and 3 were there, however, we sat for 10 minutes and no one even came to get our drink order. I asked my daughter if she wanted to go somewhere else...we are now sitting at Pizza Hut where we were promptly greeted and our drink order and meal order have already been taken! Shame on Eggberts, apparently not a family friendly establishment! Thank You PH!

Food was terrible, service was even worse, if thats possible. 100 dollars for 2 adults and 2 kids. Price would have been fine if the food and service wasn't so awful. My breakfast plate was cold, I was served cold scrambled eggs with cold shredded cheese sprinkled on top. I wasnt aware French toast could be so terrible as what i was served. My 12 yeat old couldn't even eat her biscuits and gravy. We were really excited while reading the menu but unfortunately we will not be back. Staff needs to be 100% retrained or replaced. Retrained on service skills AND cooking skills Came back to add there were 6 other people dining in. A table of 2 and another table of 4. Around 4 in the afternoon. They were not overwhelmed or swamped with people or confusion; just bad service period

Nice local diner. Eggs were perfect. Ask for crispy hashbrowns if you want them cooked more.
Ordered Hamburger and fries. The hamburger was a hockey puck with no onions no lettuce no tomatoes and no condiments. Ordered a strawberry salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was just a big piece of fat cut into small bites. Ordered biscuits and gravy and the biscuits were burned. The others who ordered food said it was just mediocre. It took 45 minutes to get food delivered and there were only a few tables occupied. Charging extra for mediocre and cold food is ridiculous. Will think twice to eat there again.
