Only problem I've had at this location is the food being cold or fries not fresh.

I recently used the McDonald's app to place an order ..... about 30 seconds after I placed the order, I got a notification that my food was ready. I knew this was highly unlikely and walked in to see my food was not ready, however after a few minutes it was ready im guessing shift supervisor or manager? Handed it to an employee and said it's ready hand it out i saw my order number on it......the employee put it under a warmer.....I thought maybe they were waiting for nuggets or fries? Nope several more orders were handed out i was ignored ..... I finally ask for my food the employee i kid you not goes to the warmer to hand me my food, that has been ready for 15 minutes while ive been standing there the entire time......what in the actual heck?! Now Im mad when I enquired as to why she would do that she wouldn't answer or look at me.... the manager offered to have it remade but I was in a hurry and couldn't wait another 15 minutes plus.....I didn't want them to spit in my food. I was given large drinks to make it right? I appreciate the offer.....but honestly im still ticked. This was a week ago Monday September 22nd around 530-6pm .....I won't be back at this McDonald's location anytime soon . As this isn't the 1st time a similar incident has occurred.

I've been near in Independence Kansas for 2 weeks. I stopped at McDonald's for the first time they had apple pies after that. It's been absolutely a drought. They quit carrying them. I stopped there every morning and they always tell me the same thing. Why can't management just order some apple pies for their customers that love them really?

Thinking you want McDonalds? Go to literally ANY other place other than this one. There was hardly anyone there and it took over 30 minutes to get our food. Once we got it, it was cold and our order was wrong. When I tried to have it fixed, I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes waiting dor the manager on duty to finish her phone call. The restaurant was filthy dirty and dont get me started on the poop rubbed on the stall doors in the bathroom. Such a waste of time and money.

Honestly the management is very poor, and the food quality isn't what it should be. I would not recommend working or eating here. The atmosphere is very toxic, even for the customers and some of the managers there have a really bad additude problem. If I could rate my experience eating, and working there I'd rate it a zero.

The wait time from the beginning to the end of the drive-thru was about 15 minutes. The food was good. Their bathroom for women was a tad dirty. I understand their help is limited.
Made an order at the mobile station and waited 20min just to see my order go out the drive thru. Not a big deal until after being asked by a kind lady what order I was waiting for the lady expediting orders gave sass over already sending that order out claiming to have called the number out and suggesting another customer took it. This is not the case. I saw them send it out the drive thru. I even told them they never called out the order. Thank you to the lady who was kind and prompt with helping me but thanks to the other lady I am behind on my appointments for the day. Not coming back after this. Time is money...
