Ordered a double qtr pounder and large fry in the drive thru, was asked to pull forward and wait. Waited 50 minutes before going inside to check on my order, and was completely ignored by every employee for another 10 minutes, while listening to them swearing and complaining about their work and their management. Finally got my food and it was cold, the fries were ugly and smelled of dirty grease, and not even completely filled. Will not be returning to this location.

Very disappointed with this McDonald’s. Ordered breakfast on the app for the drive thru 10:10 got there at 10:20 waited in line for 10 minutes got to the window and had rude customer service from an older lady from the speaker. It was 10:30 exactly and she said I had to be here to pick it up even tho I was here in line waiting.

They are really slow, even if you go in, but it's even worse if you go through the drive-through Customer service is really rude. You get your food like 20+ minutes later No scratch that 30 minutes later I only go there because it's the only location in town. It's the slowest restaurant or fast food chain. I've been to it sucks and their customer service is rude. You go In to order you look at the back and it looks like they're struggling yeah very slow

Went before Thanksgiving & What a waste with the super Long Line. VERY POORLY RUN> was Never the same since Frank Ran it. NEVER EVER EVER have icecream all summer as the Machine is Always out of order. Pitiful ............

Got off work at 6 pm and I didn't get my food until 6:45 and I put the order in way early idk how they can be so slow maybe they need to hire more people or have people who actually wanna work.
