On May 30th 2025 we went to pick up. Supper took about 22 minutes and it's very responsible man. He did not charge us. At all, the bill was 55 35 he was not accepting any of it. He told us he was the only one in the kitchen. And he worked as fast as he could and I knew he did so. Sonic should give him a raise.

I called independence local sonic to speak with a manager. The children they have working days couldn’t get a manager and passed the phone off to another crew member, they pretended to be a voicemail and hung up in my face. -10/10. Customer service is very very poor!
