On May 30th 2025 we went to pick up. Supper took about 22 minutes and it's very responsible man. He did not charge us. At all, the bill was 55 35 he was not accepting any of it. He told us he was the only one in the kitchen. And he worked as fast as he could and I knew he did so. Sonic should give him a raise.

I called independence local sonic to speak with a manager. The children they have working days couldn’t get a manager and passed the phone off to another crew member, they pretended to be a voicemail and hung up in my face. -10/10. Customer service is very very poor!

I ordered ice cream on the app it said the time it would be ready I waited for 25 minutes on 2 ICE CREAM orders?… what
2nd night this week that our food was messed up. I work at my 2nd job & this is what was picked for dinner. 1st time I was asked what I ordered 5 times & the car hop insisted that's what I had gotten. So I had to show them again that I in fact didn't get the right order. Tonight I ordered a sandwich that had bacon on it ... it had 2 pieces of bacon ... the pickle slices were bigger then the bacon 🤦🏼♀️

Not only in Independence, but also in Caney, and Augusta...we have ordered Cherry Limeades multiple times and asked for extra cherries, well generally speaking, we don't get extra cherries, but instead extra Cherry juice, sometimes no cherries and no lime. We pay for the extra cherries ? ? but don't get them, and what is the deal...no lime or lime juice??? I don't believe we will be patronizing SONIC any longer. Sorry about your service! BTW, we always give a nice tip...no more!

We went on May 26, 2024 to sonic in independence Kansas. The service was the worst. It took us about 15 minutes just to get a large Strawberry limeade a medium cherry limeade and 3 pretzels. There was no one in front of us in line and 1 person behind us. The trash cans were overflowing with trash. The guy inside had long hair that was not pulled back. Every time we there it hasn’t been a good time.
