More often than not the service is subpar today they informed me that if you want more than 4 slices of olives it cost extra after they already put the extra olives on the sandwich.

I ordered a cold cut combo. Kaden was very helpful and quick. The store was clean. A bit on the cool side but its raining also. Not your typical subway. I highly recommend this store.

Just my luck i have the sorriest Subway known to mankind near me! Always out of Steak or beef... Now out of steak and beef + Italian sammiches... bread selection is usually just 1type if they have any made at all to begin with... Their website doesn't work that great..... Smh just close it down already... hardly worth it.. The website issues alone are forcing me to shop elsewhere..

Wonderful staff on 4/24 @ 6pm but walk-ins have to wait on call-ins. Maybe HQ will have a solution to this soon. A 20 minute wait just to order? Please, your employees are suffering the brunt of customer dissatisfaction. And these are good people!
They made sandwiche wrong when I called they said only manager could refund. I took the sandwich back over the next day manager refused to refund back to my card. They kept telling me they make me another sandwich ever after I kept telling them I did not want another one from them just wanted my money back.So they got my money but I never got sandwich cause I don't ever want anything from independence subway ever again but they should give me the money back

This is the worst subway in the midwest, should have kept the one in walmart or kept this one closed. The service last time was so bad because the girl was yelling explaining that she cut her finger and a rush of football players ruined her day but also they walked away because she was busy? Proceeds to tell her coworker, who works at the speed of a tortoise, that she broke her finger before he came into work. TODAY we come in and get yelled at that the service is going to take 30 minutes and to 'please not yell at her because she yells back'. When asked about the wait tells us online orders are backed up and her 'coworker with epilepsy dramatically had a seizure during her shift so they're out of everything including roast beef and meatballs'. So unprofessional, and I mean she was genuinely yelling and we were 10 feet away. Please do better. And if that was management, change management.

I don’t think the bacon on my sub is cooked … very very pink in color . And the cookies from here are always inedible because you’ll break your teeth if you bite into them. I would like to request for a refund please because everytime I come here you guys give stale hard cookies that aren’t fresh . The service here is awesome but man the food needs to be better
