Food was cold potatoes and gravy on open face sandwich was cold not even warm and the chicken wings were cold. Also the sweet potatoes fries were cold. Service was great.

We had an absolute blast tonight!! Shout out to DJ T-bones Karaoke for playing all the best songs between singers, and the kind and welcoming Owners, and the top tier servers!!! This place had the funnest crowd I've done karaoke for/with in a long time!! This was the most fun I've had in ages, I'm thinking maybe we should make this a regular thing!!

Go every Thursday for Trivia night we have a great time.

Philly Cheesesteak sandwich was pretty good! Homemade chips are crunchy and ok, seemed a little over cooked.

I came in on Saturday around 12:30 in the afternoon for a bite to eat. The 1 server came by about 5x to tell us she's busy over 40 minutes. The building was half full. About 15 minutes later she brought our drinks, 2 long islands for my buddies... Well glasses of boose, she forgot the Pepsi and sour mix and just topped them off with whiskey. Then argued that people don't put sour mix in an LIT. New to me after 5 years of bartending. But I won't be doing it that way after one of my buddies spewed and threw away 1/3 of it.

Anyways I got the special, a club sandwich marked for $12 and a Summer shandy draft, which she didn't know what was. The total came to $24. If your beers are $12 each please mark them to warn people. The food was good over all, but we didn't get it until we had been there for almost an hour, and I'm rating drinks with the food. I won't be back.

Also, you should train that server to make drinks. You can't legally serve customers 8 shots in a glass, this is over serving.

Unfortunately this is the 3rd issue I've had with Uncle Jack's in the last 6 months. On the first occasion I was buying gift certificates for Christmas gifts, when they rang me up, they charged me tax on the certificates, I asked if that meant they would not charge the recipient tax, since the tax was already covered. I was first told they didn't know, then told yes they would be charged tax. I asked of it was legal to charge tax twice for merchandise and they became indignant. In the end, no tax was charged to me. The second time was in February, the restaurant is seat yourself and was about half full on this day, my husband sat and we waited and waited and waited. Several other parties came in and were being served. We tried to get one waitresses attention and she ran past, no one came back after 23 minutes we left and came to Joe's. We have since been back and had a good experience, but today we attempted to use a discount that Uncle Jack's sells on Restaurant.com which gives you 50% off, so if you spend 30.00 you get 15.00 off. This is a certificate you buy at a discounted rate. The certificate specifically has their business name, address and phone number on it. They refused to honor it and said they knew nothing about it and it must have been something the old owner did. I paid for my husband's iced tea and again we're at Joe's, because we always receive stellar service when we come here. It's unfortunate that this business isn't sure what it's doing or how to treat guests. The food isn't bad and they have creative drinks.

Absolutely LOVE my uncle Jacks peoples. They always make sure that my order is to the T!

Too expensive and takes a long time to get food. I went with my daughter and a friend it took over an hour to get 3 burgers and it was over $80
