Route 44 coke was bad, when we asked for another one the car hop said sorry one is out and should of been changed. The blast ice cream tasted like sour milk. It's always hit or miss you never know if you get fresh or bad food.

Haven’t been to the Iola sonic in months. Now I know why. I’ve been there twice in a week. Both times I ordered a cheese burger . Both times I got no cheese. I made sure I said a cheeseburger the second time!!! Ordered tater tots a regular order . They charged me for a large order. They were cold , and barely cooked . So !!!! I reached out to management . I was told they weren’t responsible for the results. They were sorry , and I could come back and try something else. No thank you !!!! And it will be a king time before I go there again !!! So sad!!!!!

Food is very good. The service was very lousy. Normally it’s upbeat and positive but today the person that brought out the food was very rude. Come to find out she’s also a manager. The phone number on the receipt is not the correct phone number to even call about Had to look it up online like I said good food but today’s service was very terrible

I've never had a problem with the food at this Sonic. However it does seem to take awhile to get your order if it wasn't placed online. Couple months ago it took 15 minutes for a cherry limeade.
Seems like smiles and happy service is a thing of the past. Both Iola and Fort Scott sonics hire the most unhappy people. At least the food is still good.

I went 2 times today. They messed up my order both times! I am sitting here waiting to get my large sweet tea. It's been 15 minutes! This is ridiculous! They aren't busy either! The girl is very rude. I had to push the button again and asked her for my drink so I could leave. She said they got busy....there's literally 3 cars here!
