I've never had a problem with the food at this Sonic. However it does seem to take awhile to get your order if it wasn't placed online. Couple months ago it took 15 minutes for a cherry limeade.
The boy that came out to my car had no customer service at all. He was rude and just acted like he didn't want to be working there at all. If this is how employees treat their customers I don't want to eat there. Granted he could have had a bad day, but don't be rude to your customers.
