Worst experience ever! No place to wear new tennis shoes. The floor was so sticky! And, not just in one spot but the whole floor. Two piles from sweeping just left in two separate places. My main item was made wrong. Had to wait on a remake. The person with me waited 20 mins for their order and at first their name was given for the wrong order so they took that tray back! One person was taking orders at the register for done in and drive thru. One person making ALL orders even app orders!! Only two employees were saw the entire time and we were there during regular supper hours.

Taco bell: cheap food, maintains fast service, usually if not the last time I was told a big order came in before me. I would have been annoyed with the wait if I didn't have notice, I got offered a drink on the house for my wait. That's good customer service. Sorry for the wait, here's something to make up for it.

Had ordered a #3 and a #5, the #3 should have had a taco and a burrito but was given two tacos. Didn't notice until I got home and had to drive back to get the correct burrito. The manager took care of the issue.
I worked there and wouldn’t eat there because it was so gross. Management is a joke. She just changes the stickers on expired product instead of throwing it out! She’s more focused on getting high with her boyfriend in the bathroom than running her restaurant. It’s sad to see such a horrible person destroying a food chain. And requiring us to just change the dates on food instead of providing quality food or service guests pay for. I don’t recommend eating there. She allows non employees to make your food, and since they aren’t employed she doesn’t hold them to the same standards, like washing their hands or wearing gloves before touching food surfaces. ? eat at your own risk.

There were three employees in the back, and very few cars around the lot, and NO ONE ELSE in the lobby. We placed our order on the self check outs, and went up to the counter for our cup. We stood there, watching as one employee made the food and the other two were standing around and talking. I don't mind nor really care that they were talking, it's the fact they saw us and continued speaking.We stood there for a good 20 to 30 seconds before my partner said "Excuse me?"The employees looked at us and continued talking, making no moves to come assist. We could clearly see them from where we stood, so they weren't even trying to hide.We tried two more times to get their attention to no avail. They continued talking to one another until a fourth employee (who ignored us after we tried to talk to her) came to the front to take the order of the two people who had just walked in. The man thankfully said "They were here first." And let us speak and MADE her pay attention to us.It was very irritating, very unprofessional and just rude to ignore us like that. I have worked in fast food, and had for 6 months, I know it's difficult sometimes but there was no excuse for how they treated us.

The burritos all had different amounts in them. Some had barely any of what was ordered in them. It shouldn't be that way. I'm not pleased. Tacos were very sloppy made.

I would totally give 0 stars if I could, a bunch of careless kids working there, the past 3 times I have gone there they have forgotten 1-2 of my items, very careless buissness, they will hang up on you for trying to tell them about stuff they forgot, people pay 10-30$ for their order and yet tacobell can’t seem to ever make the order right, nor do they care to fix stuff when they mess up, they will be rude to you for stuff they did, how has no one gotten ahold of a manager or anything??? There for a while when there was only kids working there they would close at 9-10 instead of 12

The food was fine, the order was prepared quickly however at times the employee working the window seems to be irritated that drive-thru happens to be busy.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian meal or platter whatever you want to call it is wonderful! I order this every time it is my absolute favorite!
