Had ordered a #3 and a #5, the #3 should have had a taco and a burrito but was given two tacos. Didn't notice until I got home and had to drive back to get the correct burrito. The manager took care of the issue.
I love Taco Bell, the food is almost always really good and it's real cheap. The service today was not good, though. There were three employees in the back, and very few cars around the lot, and NO ONE ELSE in the lobby. We placed our order on the self check outs, and went up to the counter for our cup. Taco bell: cheap food, maintains fast service, usually if not the last time I was told a big order came in before me. I would have been annoyed with the wait if I didn't have notice, I got offered a drink on the house for my wait. That's good customer service. Sorry for the wait, here's something to make up for it.
