The service was great but we went at a relatively busy time and children were just screaming through the whole meal. The second time we went it was dead quiet but our server was training someone so our service suffered.
We had a server and I can't recall her name. She was fantastic. She was handling several tables and the people that she was dealing with were extremely rude. Most likely because she was black! But I found her to be quite personable, friendly and efficient! The service was fantastic from her and we received our food hot and delicious. Fantastic staff, they all were joking and having fun. Great atmosphere and the quality you would expect from Ihop. The manager was very personable in explaining that are food was taking a little longer because of a error with the printer.
