Absolutely, hands down, the worst service I have ever received at ANY McDonalds. This was my first visit to this location since it had been rebuilt.
You can rest assured I will NEVER go there again.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit a couple of weeks ago and about 15 minutes ago.
The sandwich from two weeks ago wasn't what I ordered at all. It was a sausage biscuit wrapped in a bacon egg and cheese wrapper.
Today it has bacon and cheese, but no egg....
We've filled out the online surveys in the past, but nothing ever changes.
We just went through maybe 20 min ago. All of our hamburgers are still pink on inside and ive never had that from them before—- and missing two sandwiches wasted 45$ but at least my kids happy meals were good… quadruple check yalls meat after grillin it people clean grills more often somethin or temperature cause im not tryna get sick. Wont be eating mcdonalds ever again.
