We recently engaged 2Hot2Handle at our business event for lunch, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and efficiency, ensuring that all attendees were served promptly despite the high volume.

I ordered the burnt end mac and cheese with the spicy sauce, which was outstanding. The spicy sauce added just the right level of heat without overpowering the other flavors.

I highly recommend 2Hot2Handle to any organization seeking a reliable food truck vendor that delivers both excellent service and delicious cuisine.

I attended an event in Lansing, KS this food truck was at. As soon as I walked up to the window, I had asked the lady how much was on a sandwich. She told me 6-8oz. Just to clarify, I asked if she’d say it was a half or quarter lb of meat. She then proceeded to get an attitude with me and stated, “6-8oz is a half lb.” Which even got the attention of those behind me on why she was suddenly rude. I decided that was not someplace I wanted to spend my money and stepped out of line. If you work customer service, I suggest you do not get smart with customs who are just asking questions.

Ordered the Ultimate Fry and it was DELICIOUS. The fries and the mac n cheese are amazing.

Tried the pulled pork sandwich today at Smithville lake fest! It was delicious! The meat was seasoned to perfectly. Will definitely try again!

Last week 2Hot2Handle was one of the trucks provided for our 5 Star Nursing Symposium at The Univ of KS Health System. I had the brisket. It was, in a word, DELICIOUS! The slices were so tender, so flavorful and generously sliced - thicker than at most sit-down restaurants. And let me compliment another thing - the macaroni! It was perfectly done and had a tasty creamy sauce with just enough pepper. Exceeded my expectations. Thanks!

Great BBQ. The brisket was tender and tasty. Love their pulled pork. Nice friendly service. Highly recommend trying the smoked corned beef. Delicious!! A must try for the best BBQ.

This is hands down the best BBQ and fixins I’ve ever had!!! I hired them to cater my wedding and it was amazing. Ribs, pork, burnt ends, ALL to die for!!!! Highly recommend for any event, Private or Corporate.
