Applebee's Grill + Bar

Just waited 30 mins to to be told it’s a 30min wait we we’re not acknowledged servers walked by my friend and I without saying two word until I nice lady waiting for her togo order and was not helped yet asked one of the servers who didn’t seem to care !!! Poor white trash service!!!!

I ordered their ribs and fries online for pickup. It was my first time trying this dish and it was tasty. I've tried several of their dishes in the past and liked them as well.

Parking: Plenty of parking.

Cane here on a Friday night and 11 an hour before close. When we walked dirty tables everywhere and we were told we were on a 15 min wait no problem. So after the 15 I looked around there was about 4 tables sat about 3 servers on and the restaurant was not busy at all. There was also about 10 other people waiting as well. So a family walks in and
a manger finally comes out and says that because of Togo the cooks need to catch up so they are on a 45 min waitt. Mmm okay at 11 doubtful but whatever mind you the host has just told everyone we were on a 15 min wait and there were people there who were waiting before we even arrived just so unprofessional they could have at least taken care of the people who got there before us ans like I said 4 tables in the whole place and maybe 3 people at the bar. When the manager came out I was oh they just don't want to deal with anymore customers on a Friday night lol. Also the staff was very unfriendly mostly the manager and honestly the the vibe was they just didn't want to serve any more customers and that's wild seeing how we got there a little over an hour before close. I've been a server actually worked for an Applebee's for two years and my mangers would never let that happen. So everyone waiting were very upset for having their time wasted and pretty much walked out. Never coming here again. Disappointed but its Applebee's so?...

The steak I got was tiny and not cooked right the lady just slid it on the table and left ....the potatoes tasted burned somehow, and the fries were crappy too. Won't go there again

I placed a pickup order at the Applebee's on Rainbow Blvd in Kansas City about an hour in advance. Upon arrival I immediately noticed how clean and inviting the restaurant was. I was greeted by one of the employees and he showed me where to Pick up my order. The order was ready at the exact time I requested. Everyone working there greeted me with friendly smiles and made me feel welcome. The food was packaged nice and was the perfect temperature. Everything tasted wonderful and was very filling. This was a wonderful experience.

We were very pleasantly surprised by how great this Applebee’s was! The food was good but the service was great; the host was super friendly as soon as we walked in, our waitress had a good balance of checking in on us and giving us space and she was super kind, and the manager was present and personable and made it clear that he wanted everyone to have a favorable experience. Basically everyone was nice and helpful, couldn’t have asked for much more!

I was called a bad name by a bum. Having my daughter's bday dinner her request. After telling the server that we are non pork eaters she still brings out 2 meals with pork on it. Bacon on my son's burger ? and a bed of ? bacon bits on my 5cheese over cooked noddles with the sweet barbecue chicken tenders well over cooked! I ended paying 16 dollars a piece for all you can eat wings only aloud us 15 wings didn't tell my son's he was closing DOWN the grill.

Placed a pickup order online. Said it would be ready by 6pm, arrive at 6pm. Absolutely no one at the pick up counter. Walk up to the bar to tell my order for pick up. It is now 6:20 and I still don’t have my food. There is probably a total of 8 customers in the restaurant. This place is slow and clearly doesn’t care about service to their customers.

The place is empty and they barely can keep up with one customer. I don't know what happened to this place. They don't acknowledge you when you arrived. It takes forever to get the food. The workers sit around while people are waiting to be seated. The MGMT seems to not care so much.
