Today I went to Applebees to eat some good food right? Well to my surprise when they brought my food I was so excited to dig in till I started mixing my food around and guess what I came upon? A FLY in my food never again!

The food was great and good customer service but Thierry tables are pretty nasty, we had to move tables because it was so nasty and we showed them and whe we moved they still never cleaned it. The table they moved us to had dried food on the edges

Felt discrimination against ...got seated in a both ..no service for 10 mins then got moved to a table in the corner...didn't waste my time afterwards and left

RACIST. They denied us admission only because we arrived speaking Spanish. The hostess took a while to ask us how many people we were and when we answered, she hesitated a little and went for another person who came and told us that there was no table available, when we observed that the restaurant was not even half of its capacity.? it is worth mentioning that there were a couple of hours left until closing.

Took 45 minutes for poor waiter who was Lord High Everything Else to take our orders. He and chef were only ones there. My fish was overcooked although the food the others had looked tasty.

With less than 10 customers in the whole place.... and us at the bar, it should not have taken 20mins for the bartender to acknowledge us. The bar was disgustingly sticky. Coworker ordered an oreo shake. I swear the bartender went to Dairy Queen and got the ice cream....I ordered a Strawberry margarita.... not sure what she mixed up but it came in a martini glass with half a rim of sugar.... terribly nasty.The appetizers came out 30mins later and were not good at all. Will not go to this location ever again
One of the rudest experiences I have had doing Uber Eats. I go in to pick up an order today. I am kind of in a rush because I have multiple orders. The bartender who was a very sweet young lady who was super busy. A young woman who was a waitress never asked if I needed help, I always see a guy bringing up ice. He smiles yet never asks if I need help. He comes out with an order and I go to ask if it's mine . He says no and I said oh can I get some help. He says huh uh and walks around me? The bartender asked the name and I tell her. Again I hate to bother her because she is very busy. I am upset at this point so I walk out and call to speak to a manager. The guy I guess named Michael answered and I said is this a manager? He says no and I am telling him I needed help and I was in a rush he says he brought out the order but I left and then hangs up on me? Like I could have been okay waiting but the not asking me if I needed help then being rude ? Why people treat Uber eats drivers this way. God knows we work for the customers and I will never pick up and order or eat at this Applebees ever again. I make too much money doing this lowly delivery job to take this type of treatment. Not to mention the customers don't deserve to have their orders be late because of rude people like Michael or whatever his name is was. A manager needs to deal with this guy, so rude!!!!!

I came to Applebee's for lunch. The service was extremely slow but I understood being that it was a causal Tuesday. But it took away the experience of me enjoying the all you can eat because you had to wait so long between them replenishing the food. However I still left a tip in CASH. I checked my bank statement and the server Nayeli V took it upon herself to charge my card an additional tip, that was over 20% that she did not deserve. I now have to dispute the charge with my bank. Do not go here, go somewhere else, like Chili's.

We now know why this place was dead on a Friday night. Our server was nice but didn't know anything about the menu or even the beers they offered. The beers on tap were warm, so I ordered a bottle instead. Neither the server or the bartender knew what beers they had in the bottle. So I ordered a Bud Light. 10 minutes later, after our food came, I was told they didn't have it. The food was dry and over cooked. The French fries were ice cold. A table of ladies sat next to us and were told they didn't have coffee or hot chocolate. I won't go back and strongly suggest others don't waste their time either.

What a joke. Friday night, restaurant half empty and no staff. Waited for a bit to be seated, was seated, then asked to go back to waiting at the door as they “were having kitchen issues and the manager doesn’t want us sitting at a table”. Left to go elsewhere.
