I have been there many of times to get food. Today was the worst, I ordered the roast beef and cheddar. To put it lightly, it was the worst. I don't know what gu they had cooking back there this time, but the meat seems like it sitting before he put it on the sandwich. The sandwich was put together sloppy and the meat tasted greasy. HOW CAN YOU MESS UP A ROAST BEEF SANDWICH???? I think he doesn't want the job, if you don't like your job, find another. Worst sandwich ever from there. Any other time the sandwich is great, I don't know what happened this time.

The manager working this evening is not a good person. He ordered doordash which I happily delivered from 17 miles away. This man left NO TIP!! Not a good person, never doordash to this person again.

The food was typical for Arby's. I got some weird really thick slices at the bottom of my sandwich and that part wasn't edible. As for The atmosphere, when I arrived a drive-thru customer came inside to get a sandwich replaced because it wasn't made correctly. He complains to the manager and the manager copped an attitude as if it was the customer's fault. The customer only repeated himself two times but the manager got snarky with him and said you don't have to keep repeating that I heard you the first time. I just think that doesn't attract customers or make them want to return and it does not set a good example for the employees under that kind of leadership. Do better.

I went into this location and stood at the counter for a good 3.5 to 4 minutes and was never even greeted. There were two employees that saw me and looked irritated that I was standing there and walked back around the kitchen wall where they couldn't be seen. They weren't busy at all. Just me in the lobby and 1 car in the drive thru. I just left and went across the street to subway.

I just left this location picking up a door dash when I was taking a picture of my order the little white girl whispered something to her co worker who was black they started giggling which made me very uncomfortable my lawyer will call tomorrow morning to speak with a manager about the two

Shockingly good service, very polite, very clean (the bathroom as well), and the food was hot and well prepared. The meat was even centered on the bun. Better than any fast food service I've had in VA in at least the last decade. Thanks!
