This is my Google review for Arby’s at 75th and State Ave., Kansas City, KS. I met Jeffrey the general manager. He was Sweet, nice and kind. I went there because you guys brought back the potato cakes thank you thank you thank you❤️❤️👍💯💯 They were made fresh for me and I didn’t mind waiting a few minutes for that. They were delicious. The ham and Swiss melt was fresh and warm along with the regular roast beef sandwich. All delicious thank you Jeffrey.

the crew here the day I came was something out of a movie. and I mean that in the best way possible. They had a very funny dynamic and seemed like they enjoyed working together. I don't see that often at fast food places.

This location is constantly saying “we are only taking DoorDash orders”. That is such terrible service. You don’t turn away your customers that are taking the time to actually drive to the location. DoorDash orders should be a second priority.

My bf stopped at Arby's at 75th State Ave to bring dinner home. He ordered a chicken sandwich, 1/2 lb classic beef, cheese sticks, fries. When we take order out of sack it is a beef chedder(barely one slice of beef smothered in cheese sauce and the other sandwich was a cheeseburger) My bf called to complain and told them it was too far to drive back from Argentine. Manager said he would write his name down and next time he orders he will give him the right sandwiches. I couldn't eat the nasty beef snd chedder so I just ate the cheese sticks for dinner. My bf asked if he should bring in receipt. He said no I will write your name down. So 2 days later we go back to get the order and the guy asked for a receipt. Bf told him what the manager said and he said we do not write names dow. So this guy never had any intentions to make it right to begin with. The food is not cheap and money is hard to come by. I will never eat there again and I do not recommend them. Why don't you train your workers to check the order before sending it out. That half pound classic was not cheap. The guy said oh that's a big sandwich. If it's any of your business I eat half of it and feed my little dog the other half. So I too feel you stole from us.

Ordered dinner for myself and my mother. My mother was going to have the BLT. This BLT had one half piece of bacon, lettuce tomato and very little mayonnaise, the other half had no bacon, lettuce and tomato with a little mayonnaise. This was all for the price of 6.29 plus tax of course. I got all the way home before this shameful sandwich was discovered. So, I got to drive all the way back to get a refund. I let them know that I haven’t even had time to eat myself. I got no sorry for this terrible experience. Pitiful!!!!!!
Had a whole crew working but yet the lobby was disgusting, floors dirty sticky, trash on tables and and soda counter, tables also had trash on them didn’t dare go into the restrooms…

Went through drive thru waited 10 minutes walked inside and the guy was trying to rush the food out to us. The food was like warm even the fries apparently we were waiting on. I like arbys because the food is hot and never had cold food. I am debating if I wanr to go back to Arby's. Customer service is terrible tonight.
