I walked into the restaurant. A young man was walking away from the register carrying something. He turned his head and acknowledged me "Welcome". He laid down what he was carrying and turned and ask how he could help me. I have not experienced that kind of courtesy since the last time I was at Chick- fila. This Arby's was extremely dirty. In talking NONE of the tables were clean and the bathroom was literally disgusting. It might have been all these horrible things today, but I'm not coming here again. I got the crispy chicken bacon swiss sandwich and omg it was SO good! The chicken was perfectly crispy and tasted close to Chick-fil-A. It was a tad bit dry though. I ended up putting ranch on it lol. For some reason the water tasted dirty? Gross. The curly fries were soggy...

Food was hot and fresh. I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich and had to drive back up there, the employees fixed it with 0 hesitation or attitude, now that’s rare customer service you don’t see in fast food. I will be a repeat customer at this location from now on!
