The staff working today worked their butts off and did it with a smile. They were all extremely nice and professional. I definitely hope the owner looks at these reviews and does something to keep today's staff! They are well informed and kind as can be. Thanks!

Mini dogs were hot and fresh. Really good with the hot salsa cheese. The lemonade was really good too. The service was excellent. HUGE improvement since I was last here about a year ago. Definitely recommend trying this location again if you haven’t been here for awhile.

Worst service at Annie's I've ever experienced. Very slow service which is not common with Annie's. Multiple times my 5 year old daughter simply asked for the pretzel dog on the right. The lady servicing the counter out right refused and said "I grabbed this one . They're all the same." Simply pathetic.

Who ever hired the individual's they have to start doing better, they are immature and whenever they have to take a big order they start to complain and fight over who needs to do the order ! When I was ordering the dude wasn't paying attention and he was talking to his coworker and said that particular coworker had to take my order but then she complained and said she wasn't going to do it and left out of the store. The dude that took my order wasn't paying attention to me and got my order wrong and I told him that the order was wrong and he responded that the order he gave me was right and that he wasn't going to give me the items that I asked for because in his words that was what I ordered. I do not recommend individuals buying from here ! ?

Went in to grab some food and drink for my family and I and my 1 year old wanted some ice water so I asked for a small cup of ice water. Mind you it’s 90+ degrees outside. I was given a small cup with just ice when I told the employee kindly “oh I’m sorry I can I get a little bit of water in the cup for my 1 year old” she replied that the water was carbonated…. Now the drink fountain is right in front of me and I can see that the Hi-C fruit punch has a water button next to it and know that soda machines can dispense water because I have worked in the food industry. After pointing out that there is a water button and asked if their fruit punch was carbonated they told me the manager has instructed them to deny water because it hey sell water bottles. I told them that they could’ve just told me that instead of lying straight to my face and kindly left. Note to manager and Auntie Anne’s, manager you do not deserve to be in the food industry as the water you are denying people cost way less than the cup of ice your employees gave me to Auntie Anne’s get a better manager. POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. Had to wait for them to finish talking among themselves to place my order.

I freaking wish I could just cancel and get my money back because I waiting 90 minutes for my freaking gosh dang online order! I waited in line and everything to pick up, and when I got to the front, I was told to step aside. Then, they continued to attend people behind me...ridiculous!!

HORRIBLE takes forever to get your food out even when you pre order! Workers work so slow and didn't even bother to ask me about my order after standing at the window for 20 minutes! I spent my entire 30 minute break waiting!! Do better fr.

They don't track who orders what and they'll hand your order off to the wrong person, and forget to remake your order. Then when you're frustrated because you've been waiting for your order again they act like you're a problem.Don't waste your time and money here, go to any other snack food spot here.
