I really love this place but I've been twice in the last month and both times there is a sign on the door saying "temporary closed".

Ordered the Mango Bambu Halo Halo. It's a must try inspired by a Filipino dessert favorite!

Our drinks were pretty bad and when we asked to get them fixed the employees rolled their eyes at us and didn’t do much. And we had tipped! I wanted to take the tip back.

We only got dessert drinks so I can’t rate food but the prices are really good. We plan to come back to try other things.

Asked and paid for Boba with drink and was told it would be 10 minutes until boba was ready when ordered. Waited 35 minutes and left without the drink we paid for. We were the only people in the store and they were hiding in the back the whole time

Drinks were very very sweet even at reduced sweetness, but still OK. Sandwich was huge and delicious. Be aware that the prices are $1+ more on each item than pictured last!! Drinks are a bit too expensive now in my opinion.

BEST banh mi sandwiches in Kansas City, our go to order is the Combo and bbq pork!

Cute shop with many dessert items, tried chè for the first time and it tasted good to drink and looked pretty. Love how many unique flavor combinations there are

Friendly service but terrible drinks. I bought two taro milk teas with boba it did not taste good. Not sure if they are using powder for flavors but it wasn’t mixed well and I could feel small particles in the drink. Don’t know how the food is. Food might be good but the drinks are not good definitely not worth the money.

Service is so rude and bubble tea is mediocre at best. Go to Dragonfly Tea Zone down the street instead.

The first time I came here, I had a great experience with a worker who told me that if I didn’t like my tea to let her know and she would make me another. Today was my second time and I brought a friend. I wanted to go out on a limb and try a new flavor, but I was worried I wouldn’t like it so I this cashier (a different person) questions about it. She gave me inaccurate information, saying that the red flavor was just a flavoring and not actual red bean. She also told me she had never tried it herself. So I asked her if I didn’t like it could I swap it for another. She said yes. THAT WAS THE ONLY REASON I WENT OUT ON A LIMB TO TRY IT- BECAUSE SHE SAID YES. I got the bubble tea and it was disgusting. There were little bits of bean skin getting stuck in my teeth. Absolutely horrid. So I came up and politely asked for my go-to flavor taro and she said to me rudely: “yeah but you’re gonna have to pay for it.” I was like “What? But I asked you if it would be okay to swap it out and you said yes. Otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten it.” She said angrily “let me go ask my manager if I can do that” and stormed to the back. She came out a few minutes later and said “yeah she said no.” I understand if this isn’t policy but then that cashier should have made that clear upfront instead of telling me yes and then changing her mind and saying no. I’m deleting the original review I left, which is sad because the girl who served me the first time was so friendly and kind and made the whole experience. I will not be going back here ever.

I come to this location quite often, and the drink I received today I’m disappointed this drink is mostly ice and three sips of the $5 drink I paid for. I will not be returning to this location for awhile.

The hours on the door is misleading as it said open at 11AM everyday. I waited and to be told that the store don’t open until 11:30 AM during week day. Other time, I have been waited in the store and didn’t see anybody for like 20 mins so I had to come back to order. This issue just happened very recently! Food is good though!
