Rude employee, manager I think? Never going back.
I have been a loyal Baskin and Robbins customer since the 1980's. I know it's a chain...but my experience at this store today was disappointing. I arrived tonight at 9:45 PM. I recall there being two young women working at that time. I was never acknowledged and the young woman who checked me out was utterly and visibly annoyed, tired, disinterested...and probably ready to go home. I had to ask for a bag for my ice cream and popcorn. She handed me the bag and I had to sack up my own purchase. This may be an opportunity to introduce/develop customer service skills.

The service here is ridiculous. The person behind the counter was not friendly, rolled her eyes, and made it apparent not only did she not want to be here that she didn’t want us to be here either. She was very rude, threw our ice cream just on the counter without saying a word and was unprofessional. Hopefully management can speak to their staff about customer service and their lack their of. I couldn’t believe it.

Amazing little ice cream cake. But rough experience. Got made to wait for multiple customers to be checked out while I stood there with the cake on the counter. Got looked at like I was an inconvenience. Did not need anything but to pay for my cake. I hope you do not treat everyone one like an inconvenience ?
The service was horrible. There were 3 staff members. While we were there at any given point there were at least 8 of us waiting to be served. The employees did not greet, acknowledge, or look at any of us for at least 15 minutes after entry. Customers ranged in age, gender, and race. When we were finally served there was no apology. In fact, the employee charged with delivery orders had an attitude that was quite outlandish and unprovoked!

Wonderful job by staff!! Sweet and professional! The malt was perfectly made!! Thank you!!
I've had many not-so-great experiences at this particular B&R but today I went in to get a pint of Chocolate Chip for my mother. There was none in the fridge there so I ordered a quart. The young man working there today (may have been alone) kindly offered and checked to see if they had any pints in back. They did and he brought a package of them out. I ended up buying two and left a tip, which I've never done at B&R before.

This he's always been me and my family's location of choice. Always great service for the most part. My only complaint is portion of scoop sizes, scoops are no longer full scoops of ice cream but Prices increased. Not sure if the staffed is trained to do so. But would appreciate this simple change

The daytime lady (I didn’t catch her name) was so kind and helpful. She really made my day when it wasn’t good to start with. I appreciate her positivity and love.

The customer service was terrible. We ordered 2 milkshakes and the person behind the counter immediately complained to another worker about making milkshakes. We paid and waited for them to make the milkshakes and they started helping other customers that just walked in before starting our order and then had to ask us what we wanted again before starting it after about 15 minutes. When I finally got it it was basically flavored milk. 10/10 would not recommend

I went there yesterday they do not like when black people come in they act like don't want to take me and my son order they do not want black in place the one that works there for show and tell.????????
I visited this location this evening (2/25), and it was a joke. I asked for a Strawberry Shake, and the young lady said "Our blender broken", okay, I thought oh! yay! the perpetual McDonald's excuse. (there were also two blenderS, as opposed to one blender) Then I said, aloud to myself looking at the Menu "are they broken or do we just not want to clean one of the three containers sitting in the sink?" I think the employee caught my drift, I remained as nice as possible. I then asked for two other items, that did not require any additional labor by the young lady. When it was time to check out, she did not charge me, and said due to the blender (again still one) being broken. This was nice, but I still do not believe the blenders were broken; just a brokenly lazy employee.

The kids that work at knight a very disrespectful, and everytime me and my family visit this location its always a problem. Racist they maybe, and the manager is never around to talk to in person or by telephone. This is ridiculous. We spend our hard earned dollars to keep them employed and the store lights on. We will not continue to tolerate this behavior. I will be making sure they respect customer's. I don't care who I have to contact.
