Pretty atmosphere but the boba pearls are not very good. Most of the time, the pearls are hard. The drinks are average too. When it was owned by Boba KC (I think?), it was better.

Very disappointed I always ordered my boba coconut tea and no ice and they charged me for the no ice I don't care but the taste was horrible it was just a tasteless water with the boba I threw away my money for something so tasteless 😡😡😡😡

Me and my sons were craving some boba tea after shopping so I googled boba place near me and this location popped up. I’ve never been to the area before and was excited to try it out after reading the reviews. There wasn’t any prices posted so I had to wait until we got there to see prices. It’s not bad pretty average prices compared to what I’m used to back home in California. The cashier lady told me there was only 1 size for smoothie and 1 size for the milk teas which was weird to me because there was no smaller or bigger option than that. I asked the lady if she can split the smoothie boba in half since my sons shared and she said I couldn’t but can buy a cup for an extra $2. At that point I contemplated on purchasing another smoothie boba but since my sons are toddlers I just opted to buy the extra cup which wasn’t even new and didn’t come with their logo or anything. The lady who served our drinks out said it had just been washed. My sons just wanted their drinks at this point and I didn’t want to argue.
For the drinks I ordered the strawberry matcha milk tea without boba it was ok. I ordered my sons the strawberry smoothie and added the tapioca pearls for an additional and they said it was ok well.
Overall I’m glad we got to try this place out I have a HK friend that said she knew this place and the owner so I was excited to try it out but after this experience I won’t be coming back.

Boba is amazing and they do very well with presentation. Every drink we had tasted good and the boba was spot on. The only thing I would say I didn’t understand is you pay for the milk tea or whatever drink you order then you pay separately to add boba to your drink. It’s a boba place, shouldn’t the drinks come with it? I get customized drinks being charged extra but there is an up charge for adding boba to any drink.This is the only boba place I know in the area so it’s nice to not have to travel far for it. It is in a flea market style building but it was pretty easy to find. It was clean and the workers were very nice. All in all it was great and worth going back!

I always try to stop by when I’m close by. I love the drinks here. I recommend getting one drink for now, and another one for later… at least that’s what I usually do. My favorite is the Nab Vam & Mangoneada, but there are plenty of other options. Delicious, super yummy ? drinks.
