Love the vibe in this bar. It's a classic dive without the grime. The staff is really friendly and the patio was perfect for catching up with friends! The staff was really friendly and each person interacted with me and had a conversation which was a nice addition to the good service. Despite being busy someone came out to clear our glasses and take orders consistently. Good beer selection and I loved my black and tan! I thought the sandwiches were great! My friend and I ordered the Rachel and the Reuben and then traded half so we could both try each the other one. The Rachel was great! The Reuben was my favorite, full of flavor and a hearty portion. I will definitely be back and cannot wait to try more sandwiches and relax on the patio on a nice warm day.

I can remember this bar from the 60's. going in as a child with my father. Just a walk down the street. At that time it was all ready decades old. Owner got old and passed. It laid vacant for quite awhile till the current owner resurrected it. A piece of Strawberry Hill history back in business. Now it's a lot more than just a beer joint. Worth a visit.

Starving at 8pm leaving a meeting this evening and stumbled across this gem. These folks know how to make a sandwich and service was on point. Thank you, Stephanie and the dude that made my yummy Bob's Italian. The full bar was an added bonus along with the outdoor seating. Definitely coming back for their Italian Sub Thurday special.
