Unable to rate the food because we didn’t get that far. We were sat at a booth, drink order taken, then a random server came up and told us we needed to move because they just closed that section. He said, “we talked about it and you guys are gonna have to move”. So we did. We left. Pretty sure it would’ve been fine to let us have our meal where we were sat, especially as there were many other customers sitting in the same area….

Placed pick up order. Service was good, packaging was fine, food.... eehhh
The boneless wings tasted and looked like they were cooked, sat for a long while, refried and half sauced. Disappointed. Last week, I had BWW in Springfield and it was Great. This location, not sure. I guess just do not go between shifts.

The food and service were great. Just didn't expect to be paying over $100 for some chicken wings.

I never really liked BWW as a place to hang out (sensory overload, for me), but the food always brought me back, very high quality for a reasonable price. On our last visit, things had gone south in a hurry. Across a wide range of offerings, portions had shrunk, quality was lower, prices were up--and service was unusually dispirited, by my best guess because the servers know what's happening. I'm not likely to go to any BWW for a while. It did not seem like just a bad day at this store.

My hubby and I stopped by for dinner last night. We got an order of onion rings and tots. The onion rings and tots came out a long while before the wings. The tots were cooked to perfection nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The onion rings batter was good. The onion rings were easy to bite and did not get slimy and pull out when biting into them. The wings were okay. They were not fully coated in the sauces we ordered. We like to try new sauces so we tried the maple Chipotle and spicy garlic. The maple Chipotle had a smell of maple but never tasted it. The spicy garlic is basically a garlicky buffalo sauce. We did not like either of these flavors. We also ordered Nashville Hot sauce and our go to Asian zing. These both were good and would order again. Our server was relatively new (3 weeks). She was not super familiar with the menu. We asked about a cocktail and she said she would check for more information and must have forgotten because she never said anything about it. It took a while to place our order, get refills and our check. It was busy and her being new, we gave some grace there. It was a meh visit. I definitely did not leave looking forward to another visit.

Disappointed! Busy night, but sat at table for 40 minutes, no drinks offered or anything. Went back and asked and was told someone will come, 15 minutes later, still nothing..a lot of people walked out. Horrible!!! Management don't care!!!

Was told my food was gonna be stored in a hot box (I told her I’d be half an hour). The food tasted like garbage. The buffalo chicken I barely ate a bite and had your cashier throw it away. Very disappointing

Service was great. The entrance to the door was a little confusing. The only thing was they over fried my wings or they refried my wings over fried and you would assume if you’re going to wing place the wings will be well done.

The food was overcooked and barely had sauce. The waitress didn’t check on us until it was time for boxes. When I told her the food wasn’t good she acted like I was inconveniencing her. I wasn’t even making a formal complaint I just said I didn’t like it. Paid my check with not tip. I’m not tipping for lack of service the only thing she did was hand us our overcooked food.

This review is purely for the food. How is it possible to make food this bad? I feel like you really have to go out of your way. It’s worse than frozen meals or gas station food. I know there must be something fundamentally wrong with this location or Buffalo Wild Wings in general… because wow. If places like Wing Stop and Chick Fila can make super yummy guilty pleasure chicken and snack food, why cant they? Get it together…. Must only be in business because the late hours.
