I hope the service was better than Olathe . It was not. No one there to seat us. Stood at the front door waiting for for someone to at least say hi. Never happened. I would highly suggest another place that actually wants you business. I read the chain is on trouble. I can see why. Second time I got stung. There will not be a third time’n

Went in for a bar drink since I recently turned 21. Bartender was extremely nice and apologetic as it wasn’t her fault. But apparently corporate doesn’t allow you to have a paper ID as a valid ID to buy alcohol which blows my mind. Never had any issues at any other restaurants, a vape shop, a liquor store, or Quicktrip. The DMV gives it to you on a piece of paper which is good for WELL over a month, until you get your physical ID. The ID is valid, NOT expired, up to date, and even shows all the info needed along with a photo for someone to grab an alcoholic beverage. This is just ridiculous and makes absolutely ZERO sense! Oh well, someone else got my money. That's on BWW.

When we walked in the waitresses were arguing about who got us, they all seemed pretty young. We went in during a Chiefs game, around 3:30 so was pretty busy but the environment was awesome! Our server was not very intentive, but was nice. Food was amazing, wasn't a huge fan of the pretzel bites though. The cheese was not what I was expecting, it tasted like velveeta cheese. Super excited that they have smash burgers though, definitely would get again! Will go back🙂

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It cost me 50 dollars for the most disgusting food, if you want to call it that, I have ever had. The food was ice cold but burnt at the same time, it was almost unrecognizable. Do not do it, go literally anywhere else guys.

For a wing place, one would think the wings would be moist and juicy. Sadly, ALL of them were overcooked and tough. I prefer bone in so I ordered 3 different flavors. What a waste of money. This was my first visit to BWW and will be my last because of food quality. Atmosphere was a little loud, but to be expected. Server was the best part because she was very gracious with making sure everyone's needs were met in our party of 12.

Of the two BWW in the northland this is by far the better one. Easier to get in and out with your food order and are often far more organized than the Liberty location. Other than some odd food preparation on our last order - where they appeared to pour the sauce in the container and then place our wings in top of the sauce - they are traditionally spot on with food prep and delivery. A favorite stop for a quick grab and go meal. Order through the app and earn your points for free food. You deserve it!

I was watching Sunday morning football and was kicked out because the manager said I cheer to loud. She said customer didn't want to hear me cheering or booing loud and I have to keep it down. Now I know not to cheer or boo inside

Was a busy Saturday night and it was packed. Yet. We were in and out on 55 min and our wings were fantastic. Our waitress was superb and friendly. TVs were numerous and strategically placed for ease of watching the variety of popular sporting events available. Could keep the floor a bit less messy. But all in all a great experience.
