I drove 15 minutes to get to this BK cause it was the last one open in the area (thanks COVID), only to find out that the actual restaurant is located within an entertainment district downtown. Meaning I would have to get my fata$& out of my car and walk for Google knows how long until I find the place. No thank you. But I'm sure the place is lovely for those that venture there.

The cashier who gave the door dash person my meal gave me a cold burger and cold fries and a melted shake and the smallest bacon.The delivery person did his job by arriving in 15min. I tipped the oriental guy $5

Took my online pickup order, charged me, sent me a confirmation and then turns out the location is closed. Waste of $10 that I may not be able to get back.

The guy who works the register also works the fryer and a lady who I believe is the manager never wear gloves when handling customers food out of the fryer....gross! it's too many viruses going around put some gloves on
