Mean cashiers act like they don’t want to be there, cold food prepared poorly , angrily reheated my whopper in the microwave instead of making a fresh and hot sandwich, last time I was there the burger once again was cold but I was on lunch break so I ate it anyway and haven’t been back since then.? actually was a great location about 10 years ago.

I DO NOT eat cheese on my burger. Today is the second time I have gone to this Burger King and the inside was RAW. We are not talking slightly pink but BLOODY RAW. I had to come home and rebook it. Unacceptable, come on Burger King, do better.
Why do you people show up for work if you don't like your job? Your food is sad and bland, why cos you're probably sad too. Makes me sad to even try to order anything.

Took my kids out quick dinner thought Burger King would be the place to go everything was going great until I asked for an extra sauce after ordering three different items that required dipping sauces I was rudely refused a dipping sauce that I had asked for extra and was explained that if I wanted more I would have to pay for it very disappointed in the way I was treated and the way they reacted to me asking for a dipping sauce I had three different items that required sauces and only asked for honey mustard then when I asked for a zesty sauce I was given one I asked for one more and was refused so surprised in the reaction I was don't think I will I'll be going back until I hear from management and something is done about the children who are running this location it is not the way that Burger King would want their business run or the way that they would want their customers treated please reach out to me and take care of the situation at the location on 78th and State avenue order number 14 Friday May 17th 2024 at 6:41 p.m. the person who refused my sauce was also not the person who took my payment the person who refused my sauce was somebody that worked in the back that obviously don't deserve that job

This place was not very crowded but the cashier was very friendly quick and correct with my order undisturbed I enjoyed very much I was looking forward to mybacon King sandwich that I very much recommend

Restaurant is closed inside it was 4:30 pm , then when you go through the drive thru all the employees are so damn high they don't even know what you are ordering. I literally ordered food, then they kept saying huh, then deleted half the order, and when trying to repeat it they kept going huh in a slow motion voice it was ridiculous. We didn't get any food, and had to leave. Management needs to start firing people for coming in high as a flipping kite. This was down right ridiculous.

This is one of the worst locations. Some days they allow more than one order per car, others they don't, some days they serve the public some days they only take Doordash orders. We were told at 6:30 pm on a Saturday that they were only serving Doordash because their cooks were on a 30 minute break? Seriously!?!? During dinner rush?!?! I have worked food service a good part of my life. Make that make sense that the cooks are on break during dinner rush? Today was our last time at this location. We will drive to Shawnee from now on.
