We loved the food. But the service was terrible. We had to wait in line to order food for 10 minutes, when there were only 2 cars already in front. When we finally pulled up, they took another 5 minutes to even ask for money. Once they came to the windows, they asked us to wait another 8 minutes before pulling up when there was no one in front. Then, once we did, they came to the windows and asked us to pull in front of the building where we had to wait again for them to bring us our food because it wasn't ready. All we ordered was a junior bacon combo and onion rings.

You pay for your food at the pay window but then you gotta wait for a few minutes later to pull up to the drive-through to get your food. Then you gotta sit in drive-through for a long time before you can even get to the pay window. I don’t understand they’re operating different than any other Burger King and within 30 minutes you can stay in the drive-through pay for your food and then what time do you get your food? They need to make it right they think when they’re sitting by the window your time does it start? I believe your time starts when you pay for your food

Went through the drive-through to pick up My order that I made via the app Wednesday morning1/23. the drive-through guy was awesome. Upbeat personality and genuinely seem like he was happy to be working there. Very helpful and offered condiments without me having to ask. Best fast food experience ever lol better experience than I’ve had at some four or five star restaurants. Give that guy a promotion and the raise

This is the only BK I’ve been to where the food is actually made to order. We usually don’t eat at Burger King because it’s almost ALWAYS stale. But this time everything was made fresh 🙌🏻 I didn’t get her name, but the woman with black and red hair was extremely nice and attentive.
