Tastes like cafeteria food. I ordered the short rib Bolognese pasta. It was ground beef and carrots/celery sauce with spaghetti noodles for $26! I could have made that at home for $5. Husband ordered the Chipotle bowl and it was very bland. My daughter liked her food though. Way overpriced, don't recommend.

Had breakfast here. The buffet food tasted like it came from a box and was microwaved. Most of it was cold. Not good at all. Was over 30$ for just me and my daughter.
Will not be dining here again.

Good food served by professional hardworking staff. Clean with sufficient room around the tables to not feel crowded.

Appetizer- onion ring tower. Came out hot and ready to eat. Decent onion rings, bbq sauce and ranch sauce are ok; both taste like they’re mass market bottled products.

Smokehouse burger - too wet due to toppings, largely the pulled pork. Sandwich would probably be better with some of the pork topping removed prior to putting it on the sandwich. The amount of moisture turned the bun into a wet mess in no time flat. Pickles were great, tasted homemade. Burger was cooked as requested.

Nashville hot chicken sandwich- really tasty. Not too moist nor too dry, just right. Good amount of spiciness. It was too spicy for my wife (she’s “normal” regarding spice, things can be too spicy). I really appreciate silly spicy (habanero is medium spice). It had enough zing that I liked it for a mainstream “spicy.”

Literally the worst food we've eaten in a very long time. Our expectations were low going in, because..... It's the Great Wolf Lodge restaurant. But for $17 for a sandwich the food was overpriced and disgusting. We spent over $80 without tip for 2 adults and 2 kids. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich tasted like it was sour/spoiled, and after receiving the wrong order when we got the firecracker chickenlacked flavor and it appeared to be frozen popcorn chicken tossed in a mayo based sauce. The kids meal (Mac and cheese) was tasty, but the small portion of fries left our small for her age 7 year old asking for more food. Apparently they've transitioned from a buffet style lunch/dinner to traditional dining 2 days ago. Strongly encourage you to eat elsewhere. If you're stuck eating at Great Wolf Lodge just order the pizza

Hostess was rude. Once we were seated the waitress was great. Checked on us often to refill drinks. As the buffet not a single item I would recommend eating. None of the items listed below when reviewing were even on the menu. Pasta bar food was not cooked. Shrimp was still raw. I do not eat raw shrimp in pasta. To sum it up save yourself the $25 for a salad. For our group it was $340 for salad and cookies. Not a single child or adult ate anything else. Eat outside of Great Wolf Lodge.

I didn’t realize this was a buffet. No dinner menu. Food was horrific. Our waitress was kind and checked on us often. I ordered a cocktail and it was just ok. Restaurant was clean. We won’t be back during our stay.

We have been coming to this location every couple of years for the past 15 years or so. After reading the recent reviews I was a little apprehensive, but I really don't know what everyone is complaining about. We found the grounds and indoor areas to be clean, the check in was flawless, the life guards were on point, the water park was operational and the bathrooms were clean. My daughter had her glasses fall out of her bag and we checked back at closing time and they had them. (thanks to those who turned them in). The rooms were clean, we enjoyed mini golf and the activities in the lobby. The food and drinks may be over priced but so is any ball park or concert you go to. We avoided the buffet and got donuts from the coffee shop. The beds could be a bit firmer, but it was only for 2 nights and the kids had a ball. We adults relaxed and enjoyed it also.

We had a wonderful time here and I WISH I could give it five stars. Totally would have until the nightmare it is to deal with a $100 charge, probably for incidentals however it is three weeks later and the sale is finalized and still on my account. I have called the 800 number for Great Wold and opened two cases one week apart from each other. The hotel should have called me back yet nothing! I have tried calling the hotel directly as instructed by the GWL 800 number and no one answers. The ONE time out of many that someone answered she transferred me to a automated service that ended up disconnecting the call! After more then a week I finally heard back from GWL and all they are saying is I need to work with my bank. Which I am now doing. However as I told them it shouldn't take 20 phone calls and more then a week to get any sort of response. It might really be an issue on the bank side however all this frustration could very easily have been avoided had the hotel contacted me back in a reasonable amount of time. Other then this issue everything went good. The food was expensive but decent. The breakfast buffet had many options. The pizza and pool food good. The blended drinks by the pool were delicious but very expensive. Water park was super fun and well kept up. The room was great! Activities around the hotel were great for keeping kids entertained. The service at the hotel itself was great!

Go to another location!!! Hotel needed major cleaning, Food was overpriced, over $100 for 3 of us to eat a buffet that was very slim to pick from, the room above us and hallways were loud even after 11pm quiet hours, and as of now they have doubled charged me for our room charges (over $400) and then told me someone would get back to be but it wouldn’t be for 72 hour or so. ? absolutely ridiculous!!!! I don’t want to say all GWL are terrible because i I can see where the experience would be worth it but I would recommend another location for sure!

As a location to take two 8-year-olds for spring break, GWL hit all the marks for them. They had fun all day long playing at the water park, completing the MagiQuest, playing in the arcade, wearing PJs to breakfast, and visiting the Grand Lobby for character sightings, story time, crafts, and dance party. However, as an adult, I was disappointed in lots of areas. The water park area doesn’t have adequate tables to sit at for lunch. Lunch is only junk food—hamburgers or chicken strips. Paper straws are used exclusively, which don’t work well for Icees. Dinner in the restaurant was awful—salmon was tough, veggies overcooked, no vegetables for the salad. The resort is very expensive, so get ready for sticker shock upon departure. I had to keep reminding myself that this trip was for the kids, not me. We won’t be back, but the kids had fun.
