I ordered a Uber delivery and spent a very nice amount of money for one person . Usually captain ds is good in other areas but this fish tastes very dirty like it wasn’t cleaned. The crab inside the crab shells I didn’t take one bite of it looks burnt inside. The only thing I could eat was the coke slaw. The fried oysters were mushy. I spit the fish out as soon as I took the first bite. That’s so disrespectful not to put your passion in your customers food. My order was 36.12 there’s a 40 percent off promotion this week so if that 40 percent wasn’t on there my order would have been so much more. You should care about how you give people their food. Being born and raised in Alaska trust me I know when fish has not been cleaned. Yuck. You had just opened. There’s no excuse for this. Just nasty Update: I just called to complain about my order and the man told me “ well I don’t know how that happened because we just put in fresh grease”. I am not talking about the grease. I am talking about the fish being dirty.

I come here whenever I have a taste for the white fish, not greasy, flakey n under $5 however service is slow (15-30 mins) accommodation is slim to none) n hair nets aren't worn all the time.
1/23/25 New post I have been wanting white fish from Captain D however I have gone 4x to get this fish n each time they were out. None available to serve. So tonight I went should of just took the drive up north n got it. Yet again ANOTHER DISAPPOINTMENT.!! Fish was not battered at ALL only dusting. No flavor one bit. On top of that you all gave me a little piece, hiding under the bigger piece. I will start bringing the food back n asking for refund. No wonder business has diminished in service.

Make sure your order is right.seems like the lady at the register doesn't know what she is doing. The cook was complaining about having to add another order that was missing and put the fried fish directly into the Styrofoam tray melting holes on the bottom of the tray. Never returning back to this place again.

Just stopped here on my lunch break. They literally gave me a sandwich on a rock-hard, stale, bun. As well as a soda that was completely out of flavor.
Mostly their service is really screwed up that it takes longer to get their food that doesn't get the orders right even left out the paid extra okra and charged for it and also left the freeze one of the sides out so far that I any way.

I had high hopes for this place. Once upon a time u got all the little crispy bits with your fish. You don't get that anymore and the size of the chicken has decreased in size. I always get the fish and chicken meal. It's just disappointing anymore.
