I love Captain D's, but this restaurant location definitely needs some improvement. Not only were they out of plastic forks, but in the women's rest room there was no toilet paper and no paper towels. And yes, they had at least one female employee working there. Customers will certainly assume that the female employee is not washing her hands. Not good.

Place online order last night (Saturday) thru website which started my order would be ready for pickup at 7:41pm. When I got there it took 10 minutes for someone to answer at drive thru & they said they were short handed & would be a few minutes on the order. After waiting 20 minutes at the drive thru with no assistance, I tried to go into store. Doors were locked, 2 staff was cleaning up & ignored me. I did NOT receive my food. Please issue a full refund for $29.11.

This place BLOWS. The drive thru is slow. The people working aren't worth a damn and are slow as hell. I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes with only 2 people in line other than myself. THE WORKERS ARE GARBAGE AND SO IS THE SERVICE.
