U need to get someone else at the front counter...I'm new to the area and never been to a captain d's...I was very polite and asked what the specials were...I also explained I'm new to the area and would u recommend anything. This lady with the pink hair was rude and seemed annoyed with her job and place in life. After her annoyance with me asking her to recommend something I said well I'll just go eat somewhere else and she didn't care one bit. Shame...smelled good.

Terrible. Cold, soggy, fish that had obviously been sitting there for awhile. I asked for cheese on my giant fish sandwich and they said sure, no problem. Got home, no cheese and they charged me extra. I went to this same location 2 years ago and it was bad then but thought today, okay, will try it again, it's Lent and sounded good, but I'm sorry I went. It's a shame because Captain Ds used to be awesome! I even worked there in high school at 2 different locations and it was hot, fresh, and cooked to order pretty much, especially during Lent on Fridays when it was very busy! Those days are most definitely gone and will not go there again to waste my money.

I wasn't really too terribly happy this time around getting my food I didn't get what I ordered but as me being a hurry I couldn't go back the lady at the drive-thru window is really nice
Parking: The parking lot is severely damaged which puts your vehicle at risk, clearly that is too risky to get some seafood.

I stopped by today for lunch. The fish and chips were wonderful. The service was great too. Thank you. It was just like I remember Captain D's from more than 25 years ago. For some odd reason I had forgot about Captain D's and had not ate here in more than 4 years until today. I was driving by and thinking about lunch... So happy I stopped. Great lunch. I'll be coming back.

People are sleep on CDs. I ordered online so it would be ready when I got there. The lady brought it right out with a big smile and friendly words. The food was dang on delicious. I love the breading for their fish. It's so crispy and yummy. I got the sampler platter, and I was able to get two separate meals out of it because they give you a decent amount of food. Wish the shrimp were a little bigger, but then again I guess that's why they're called shrimp?
I was disappointed that their is no longer cod are pollock fish.They are using swaui fish from south Asian which is a form of catfish.I won't be eating there

This place has really stepped up the game. Fish here is always fresh and hot the atmosphere is always inviting. The restaurant is very clean even though it looks like it needs an update. But if it's not broke don't fix it. If you want some fresh and fast fish I highly recommend hitting this place up.
