Upon arriving and getting out of our car, the air smells heavenly! This food truck owner put his pizza truck behind his permanent residence so this is where you'll find it. Just walk around back on the driveway and you'll find the food truck. Ring the triangle if he's busy cooking. Check this pizza food truck out on FB for more details. We messaged him and ordered ahead of time as it does take 25 minutes for the pizza to be prepared to order and cooked. It's good pizza with loads of cheese! I love the sweet and tasty sauce that has just a hint of spice. We got our thin crust pizza with all the meats. The meat made my hubby happy. The cheese made me happy. The crust and sauce made us both happy. Support small, local businesses!

Found my pizza haven here! The flavors are off the charts – from classic Margherita to inventive combos. Staff was friendly, place had a chill vibe. If you're into top-notch pizza in a laid-back setting, give this spot a shot.

Oh my. Pizza Heaven! I arrived a bit early, found a shady spot and waited for my pick up time. Chef started texting me pics. Pizza going in or coming out of the oven. Order was ready early! The minute you walk up you know this is gonna be good. Chef greeted me and I was so overwhelmed by the wonderful, delectable smell emanating from the inside of his truck I asked if I could come in. Chef actually reached for the door to open it. I politely declined his offer and proceeded to lose myself in the mouthwatering aroma. As my pizzas were finishing in the oven Chef explained to me he'd put both pizzas in one box. He had a system and it worked. Kudos to Chef for reducing pizza box waste! I had about 40 minuets of drive before we'd get to enjoy so I had wrapped the box in a blanket and pizza was still hot when I arrived. That wonderful aroma still driving me mad I finally had my slice. I knew, first bite, this was good I mean good pizza. The sauce. The sauce is completely unique and delicious. Rare for pizza. Great flavor profile and just the right bite. Crust is light, crunchy and complements what are high quality toppings and Chef don't skimp. Pepperoni was loaded and the Houston was a great combo! You might notice, if you scroll through my past reviews, I am not kind to places with bad pizza. This wasn't one of those. Get down to see Chef! Go now! Make the trip it is so worth it! Was working in the area, and stopped by on a whim for lunch today. Normally don't leave tons of reviews, but the experience was outstanding and I had to say something.The sauce was the highlight for me, excellent flavor with a hint of sweetness. Honestly one of the best sauces I've ever had on a Pizza. Crust was flavorful, and cheese was not excessively greasy. I don't normally like New York style pizza that much, but this was very well made.Chef Baldee was incredibly friendly, had my order ready exactly when he said it would be done, and I loved the artwork on my pizza box. Clearly someone who is passionate about his business and loves what he does. Give him a try, wish I lived a bit closer!
