Consistently bad service, Especially with checkout. I already had waited 10 minutes for fries, and the two young girls checking me out let me stand out of line for almost 20 minutes FOR A DRINK while checking out every single person behind me. I was waiting for a frosted lemonade I had already paid for. One of the girls was not even checking people out, Just standing there doing nothing.They don’t care about customers here, if you aren’t a student definitely just go to a real Chick-fil-A.

64068 zip code ..Still Don’t have a PAINTED walkway or stop sign going into the restaurant .One Day they will be Sued for someone getting getting Hit or killed walking across two lanes of Traffic .This was made a Review so incase they pulled “I didn’t know …No you didn’t CARE .Red walk way with Stop ? so people have to Stop at the walkway !Hopefully Jail Time !Owners need to WAKE up and get their business SAFE for pedestrians ?‍♂️

They said they can’t scan the app and were out of Chick-fil-A sauce

I have two complaints one is which the lack of communication. I tried to use my chick fil gift card at your store in you Student Union, 5100 Cherry St Bldg. #216, Kansas City, MO 64110 location but the guy tells me that you guys didn't take chick fil A gift cards but which was confusing because I can use a McDonalds gift card whether it be franchise or corporate. That needs to be posted. Then I had to drive all the way to the 8551 State Line Rd In the Ward Parkway Center chick fil a and I told this young man I wanted to use my gift card then use my debit card , he ran my debit card anyway then said it was a mistake which was not the truth and he took money from me by charging my card when I told him what to do.

Don't even put this on Google, this looks like it's specifically for students. Seriously wasted my time
