Chili's Grill & Bar

Called and let them know we were on the way with 11 people. Person on the phone said “thanks for letting us know. I’ll tell the host.” Arrived at restaurant 20 minutes later, and the man at the host stand was alarmed, overwhelmed, annoyed and very rude about the fact that we would have the nerve to come in with that many people. I told him we called to give a heads up and he snapped “we dont do call ahead seating” I said “I know, that’s fine. We will wait. I was just letting you know that I called.” He said “ I can’t even give you an estimate as to how long it will be because it depends on when the tables are clear because we have to push tables together.” I asked him if he would rather we just left and he gave me a fake smile and rolled his eyes. (We should’ve left but it was 7:15 on a Saturday and we knew everywhere would be busy.) After 35 minutes, we just asked for an update as to if he knew how much longer it would be. He snapped again “Again, I have no idea. It looks like people are almost done, but I don’t know.” During this time, he was giving us dirty looks and whispering to other employees while staring at us. After 45 minutes we called another restaurant who said they were happy to accommodate us. Drove 5 minutes down the street to Danny’s where they treated us with kindness and appeared to appreciate our business. I’ll never go to Chilis again. They obviously don’t need my patronage.

2nd time at the Legends location, terrible food, terrible wait, terrible service. On top of all this, it was my Daughter’s Birthday with her Grandparents. She accidentally left her birthday card behind with cash in it. We called the store and no one knows anything, the bus boy pocketed $100. No one knows nothing. Its a shame that their employees are not honest.

The hostess was nice, but he darted off, to the table ( at far end of restaurant), never looked back for us until he hit the table, I am handicap & walk with a cane. Manager needs to teach him, you don't dart off, he should have slowed down to see where we were, and if we are with him. ( just training needed).
▪︎Our appetizer the bone (Buffalo wings) were cold, southwest egg rolls were warm.
Our waitress was nice, and she checked on his multiple times, she keep my drink filled.
We ordered entree that that had multiple meats, corn on cob & fries. (cost little over $27.00 for the entree). It had 3 small Is pitiful chicken crisper, one 4 inch piece of Jalapeno cheese sausage & second piece that was maybe 3 inche in length and 4 small pieces of brisket quesadillas & small amount of fries.
Sorry, it looked like I got someone's left overs, not a fresh plate (like it was the end of the night, then gave me what was only left in the kitchen.
Meat portions were pitiful, and the fries were a mix of the bottom of bag (small pieces). Doesn't anyone care what then send out to tables. The fries were bearly hot, chicken luke warm, only the The jalapeno cheese sausage was hot (bearly had 3 bites). This entree is almost 30.00....... don't get much for your money.
Ordered it because wanted leftovers. We didnt want to send it back ( to the kitchen), just didn't want to have to fight, for what we should be getting in the first place..........just wanted late lunch/ early dinner (in peace)
▪︎The temperature in the restaurant was cold, and we were sitting the furthest wall in the restaurant.
▪︎Ketchup bottles were empty, only had maybe 2 drops left end them, multiple tables had to grab bottles from other tables. Plus no salt or pepper on tables.
▪︎There was a girl that was bussing tables in our area, she would clean the tables, but she would pick up trash on the floor (or sweep), was like ok, you are not done.
▪︎Plus there is no option, when paying on the little machine at your table to get a printed receipt (so they are saving money on paper), plus the server is not bringing the paper bill to your table.
▪︎Just a heads up, don't get much value for your money on food, it was sad.

Parking: They have a few Handicap parking spots right in front of restaurant.

January 16, 2025. My friend treated me to lunch. Great burger, fries, lemonade and of course tortilla chips and fantastic salsa. We're planning another trip for baby back ribs.

Out with family, decided to stop at Chili’s today and it took forever for the food to come out over 45 minutes for 2 triple dippers, quesadillas and a kids pizza meal also order an appetizer of the Texas cheese fries they came out with the meal. A couple came in and was seated right behind us, we had the same waiter, the waiter was very attentive to them the tables were close I heard them order appetizers we’ll guess what they received it….while we were still waiting for fries😒😒😒 when the food finally decided to show up the boneless wings seemed undercooked very weird textures and breading falling off…also the food was cold which I didn’t understand. If we are waiting for almost an hour why is it COLD…our waiter refilled our water with food particles floating in. Once we mentioned it he said no it’s from the lemon but we took a straw to actually confirm and it was food in our water…so 🤢 nasty I’m never coming back it’s more issues I don’t feel like typing…

This Chili’s may be the one shining light in this town. After a long day of driving and checking into the disaster of the Country Inn down the street, a triple dipper and to-go Marg from here gave me the will to live again. Congrats, Speedway Chilis, you saved a life tonight.

Went in tonight for dinner, host was nice. Ordered the triple dipper appetizer it was cold, mozz dippers were ice cold. After a few minutes a girl cleaning tables slammed the cleaner down and it sprayed in the appetizer.. food came mac and cheese was cold, chicken tenders were over cooked. Then dessert...literally a burnt cookie. 85 dollar meal and we asked multiple times for the one refill we got....at the end of the dinner. Will never go back.

No more bottomless soup and salad.
