Lovely service, great atmosphere and the food was delicious. This is the 3rd chili's I've been to in 2 different states and it has been the same across the board in terms of the food and for the most part the customer service.
Great place to eat! My waitress was polite and fast. Food was great and a very clean atmosphere.

My food was lukewarm when it got to me the manager was very nice about my dissatisfaction & I was able to order something else. The replacement meal was hot & fresh BUT my steak was full of fat for $30 I shouldn't have to cut a ton of fat off . Won't ever go back to this location due to this being the 3rd time I've been dissatisfied at this particular location. The one in Merriam is my #1 pick just didn't want to drive that far but I will next time!
You go for the burger and it was delicious. Enjoyed the the fries and the warm chocolate chip cookie with ice cream was large enough to share.

I ordered the chicken bacon quesadilla and there's terrible. Cheese is hard chips are salty a disappointment is an understatement.

I stopped in on Monday night during a snow storm with my wife and 2 daughters. We normally love Chili's and this location was ok. Except the entire place was freezing. And even though it was empty we were put right next to a plate glass window with cold temperatures from outside coming off of it. The waitress was great. The food was good. The manager was a little bit inflexible with our order request.. that others Chili's locations have had no issues with... he came back to our table a few times after we ordered with the waitress. She came back later an apologized to us for his behavior. Seems like it shouldn't be her job to have to do this, and a good manager wouldn't put their staff in that position. We were traveling through KC. We still love Chili's but will likely not return to this location.....
