Low key might be the worst chipotle location I have ever been too. Multiple times now that they do not chicken, chips, white rice, ie other items. I don’t understand how you can be out of all those items. I mean they had to use tin foil to wrap over the top of my burrito bowl because they didn’t even have the tin tops. I would say if you’re looking for chipotle definitely do not pick this location. You will always end up disappointed.

I used to be a kitchen manager at a Chipotle, so I know how things are supposed to work.This location is the dirtiest I have ever seen, behind the line and in the lobby.They constantly run out of items.This Chipotle needs new management and a complete overhaul.

Ordered my food for 11:10 showed up at 11:13 and my food was cold.Tried to order a quesadillia for my kid was told they only do that for online orders.The customer ahead of me complained about the portions and when it was me and my kids turn for ours it was the same. Half spoons and half portions done purposefully. No one seemed happy. No one wanted to be there. The place was dirty and no one was cleaning. I have been a teen working a job I didn't wanna work before. But you need a good manager in there enforcing good work practices soon!!! Seriously.

Great location, but the food was straight bootie. The white rice was the only thing fresh. I asked for Chicken elpastor, I had to ask for double meat because the first serving was pitiful. Both beans were dried out so bad. The salsa lacked flavor. The lady in the back cutting up the chicken was arguing with another employee about something. This was a location that probably won’t last. I can’t imagine anyone going back for a second trip, we won’t be back.

Not prepared for big 12 tournament at all. Waited a half hour in line and no one bothered to tell us they were out of rice and chips until we started ordering. Family left hungry and pissed. Place was also jam packed and no one bothered to take authority to manage the crowd.

I have lived next to this chipotle and eaten here well over 25 times and the dirty and trashy atmosphere is such a turn off, and then I have had long hairs in my food on two separate occasions so I won’t be coming back here, which makes me sad because I love Chipotle this location just needs some TLC.
This location is an absolute disgrace to the Chipotle name and brand, and has single-handedly destroyed my love of Chipotle.I came here last night at around 910, and the storm looks like it was hit by a hurricane. It was absolutely filthy, and they did not have any of the specialty drinks. I was hungry, so I waited in line for approximately 18 minutes before I am finally called up. The girl starts to make my order, but when I tell her I would like a steak burrito, she informs me they are saving the meat for their online orders, that I can just order beef instead.Excuse me? Please refrain from giving me suggestions on what I could eat; I am very particular on what I spend my money on. I tell her no thanks, amd leave, as she rolls her eyes at me.This store always has one issue or the other: opening late, rude cashiers, lack of attention to detail, and I am over Chipotle at this point. Bravo! You really know how to disengage your clientele. Qdoba is better anyway.

Terrible. Dirty. Literally the worst experience. Trash cans over flowing, staff doing the bare minimum. Where is the manager?! They were out of everything in the front. Staff were constantly going back and forth to grab bags, silverware. 3:30pm in the afternoon and the place looks like a wreck. . Food tins piled up sky high. Floors disgusting.

The night before the Chiefs parade and an hour and half before Chipotle closes, they are basically out of everything! There was very few in line because they were hoping to close early. I understand if it was 15 minutes before closing , but an hour and half is ridiculous! They were out of chips, chicken, corn, guacamole, and probably something else but I stopped asking for items
