Went here to get food walked in the door and there was a line of 14 people and only 1 person working the rest were in the back doing absolutely nothing, after 15 min and only a few had gotten served decided to go some place else I should of left the minute I seen this. You know it's pretty bad when a company says he'll with the customers party's in the back . This happens way to often at this location. Won't be goin back

Chipotle at 350 highway in Raytown was extremely under staffed during my visit on December 2nd at around 5pm. I ordered a carne Asada bowl and the meat was tough and had a funny taste to it. I returned to the restaurant, and spoke with the manager and explained that I could not eat the food. I did not ask for a refund, but requested a different item (not of equal value) and his response was that was the item is paid for and leaves the restaurant there is nothing that he could do. As the manager on duty, he should be more concerned with customer satisfaction than policies and procedures .

⭐ 1-Star Review – Never Coming Back to This Location
I visited the Raytown Chipotle on November 8th around 4:20 PM during my dinner break, and this was my second and last visit. The first time I came, the meat was completely unseasoned and I spent almost 45 minutes waiting in line.
This time, the place wasn’t even busy, yet service was painfully slow. I ordered a barbacoa bowl with rice (no beans), double peppers and onions, hot sauce, corn, and lettuce. The guy behind the counter barely gave me 10 tiny pieces of meat. When I asked politely for a bit more, he added maybe two small pieces. Seriously? For the price Chipotle charges, that’s unacceptable.
Even the cashier could tell I was frustrated. I told him this would be my last visit to this location because the service was terrible and the portions were ridiculous. I’ve been to other Chipotle locations that had twice the crowd and moved twice as fast—and they actually serve fair portions with flavor.
From now on, I’ll stick with the Lee’s Summit (both locations), Grandview, and Overland Park locations. They know how to treat customers right and get orders done efficiently. Raytown location—do better. My unique code is 168 001 100 181 010 439 18. I will never visit this location again. Disgraceful!!!

This location is not clean. The smallest portions of meat and other toppings. This will be the last time I visit. I feel robbed.
Store was not clean. Overcharged for a food item that is not on the menu. Personnel/ manager very argumentative regarding the over charge. Prices for items not listed or correctly.

Little small, but I've never really seen them have a line. They were out of one of the drinks I was looking for and the manager quickly ran off and then told me it was back.
Food is good but the line took a long time and it was quite messy inside/on the tables. During the lunch time though so that’s probably why!

Why does this restaurant think they're going to go broke by giving somebody extra little bit of corn and a couple extra beans for the prices? They charge ridiculous!!!!

Maybe it’s just me but they are really stingy with the protein. I mean as much as the consumers pay for the food you’d think we’d be allowed more than half a spoonful. I went here once and I promise you the lady thought she add to much and took some off of my daughters burrito.
