This restaurant is in extreme need of a decent manager. This location is absolutely filthy! Dirty tables and the trash over flowing was crazy!! I beg whoever owns this location to please come clean it up!!!!

If only zero stars were an option as this establishment was exceedingly disappointing. I ordered a chicken bowl with double protein on the app, after picking up my order and arriving home (30 mi away), I learned I had paid $21 for a bowl of rice, lettuce, and guacamole. I immediately tried contacting the restaurant by phone and in no case was able to speak to a live person. I attempted to resolve the issue by their chat feature, and same situation. There is no way to reach a real person. Please his has been the most frustrating restaurant and customer service experience ever. I cannot and will not recommend anyone to this Chipotle restaurant to anyone. Zero stars!!!! Do better chipotle.

I ordered delivery through their app. Received my order and the bag smelled like gasoline. I was supposed to have a burrito bowl w/ double chicken, brown rice, black beans, fajita vegetables,and corn salsa. Instead the bowl only had white rice and corn in it. Couldn't find a customer support number so had to report through the app and they gave me a free entrée but when I tried to use it, they wouldn't deliver it to me since it was considered a "reward". I finally got a hold of somebody at the restaurant and they said that they don't have delivery from there, even though I ordered delivery directly through their app. Decided to try the rice and the rice tasted like gasoline as well. Absolutely appalled at the entire experience.

While I walked into the place I noticed three employees eating food with their hands. They were the ones cooking the food and continuing to cook. Their hands touched their mouths and then they continued to cook. That is a major health code violation.

The management staff here is extremely rude and incompetent. I placed an order online and there was a misunderstanding about it already being paid for. I didn't take payment with me to pick it up because I thought all I had to do was pick it up. When they informed me it hadn't been paid for, I explained that I didn't have payment with me. Who I later find out to be the manager very rudely says to me "then you don't get the food!" So I went to my car to place a new order and called my husband for the card info. No big deal, went inside to wait on my new order, and was approached by an employee asking me what name it was under. When I told her, they tried to give me the old order that had been sitting in the back. When I asked for a manager, the girl I was dealing with identified herself as the manager. I reminded her I didn't have the payment for that order so I just placed a new order and I wanted new food since that food had been sitting there and she wasn't willing to work with me on how to pay for it. So after much back and forth she finally agreed to make new food. When I try to call customer service, it says the 1-800 # doesn't work. You can only leave a complaint online. I left a complaint only to get absolutely no response. I will NEVER be back to this Chipotle location if I even go back at all!! BTW while I was waiting the staff apparently was talking about banning me. I had other customers come up to me and say so and then another lady came up to me only to tell me she feels my pain they always mess up her order at that location and any time she asks for management she is met with rudeness and is dismissed...WOW. Please do better!!

Dietary restrictions: I have had to switch to a low Carb diet but still love Chipotle. I now get a salad with Super Greens. Cutting the flower and rice from the Burrito cuts a lot of Carbs.

The portions today were laughable. I actually laughed when I saw the amount of chicken she put on my bowl. Really hoping liberty gets a Qdoba soon.

I know the menu is made fresh every day! I used to work here in my youth. But the food had such a bland taste tonight. Like, no spices were involved. Marinated chicken but no salt and pepper over the grill. Bland rice and beans. No spices of the fajitas. Service was incredible! Wonderful people but…I think the cooks were having an off night? To be nice.

Waiting a line for 15 mins was bad enough, then they held the live line to fill a backlog of online orders for another 10 mins.

Dine in 2 hours before closing employees were already breaking down the food counter took my order for a brisket bowl and a small drink $20.50 as I go to get my drink, fork and napkins that area was a mess then go to sit down with 3 of my coworkers all the tables were dirty with food pieces and trash where other people had sat so we sat on a stool at a counter top at the window. Trash was all over the floor and trash cans overfilled. A employee attempt to wipe down tables so we thought we would might be able to seat together but employee then put the chairs upside down on the tables as if they were closing but it was 8:47 pm and they don't close until 11pm. Before I wrote this review I tried multiple times to call for a manager but they don't take calls so I called a number for thier customer service but even they didn't take much into my complaint and transferred my call back to the store and then disconnected. Terrible service, Terrible Food!

Placed a mobile order, the store was out of kid size chip bags, I asked for a regular bag with the kid size portion. The clerk says oh no we can’t do that, we can give you an orange only or you have to pay for a bag of chips. Makes no sense your store ran, make it work, we didn’t ask for more than we initially paid for, every time we go to this chipotle it’s all poor service. There has been times when others stores are out and they accommodate, do better. The store is also always a mess. I don’t recommend this location.

Every table was dirty, nothing had been stocked. Trash was all over the place. The fountain drink machine had a ton of ice piled on the grate because most sodas were out and people had been dumping drinks. The prep area had crusted food all over it and the grill in the back was crusted over.
This was an exceptionally bad night. 12/7/24
