More 1 stars than 5 stars must be pretty bad. All the reviews seem to be complaining of portion sizes in burrito bowls specifically. I just get regular burritos and the portion size seems fine. I order in the app and 3+ times now they've forgotten my drink so I gave up getting drinks. Other than that food tastes good and service is fast if you order ahead.

The employees didn't seem to have a station to work so the flow of service was not smooth. We made our order in the restaurant, the person checking us out had somebody else's order in our bag. Online customers were being told their orders weren't made or were made incorrectly so they would have to wait. They were completely out of forks and there was trash throughout the restaurant.

Went to eat after a game and the workers laughed as they all walked outside to eat together at the same time and said they would open again in 30 min and locked the door they were all taking a break together. Lazy workers who should be fired.

General Manager, Lian Piang, is very unprofessional and makes things personal. I had to pick up my daughters after my first job because I had no sitters and couldn't Make it to my shift at Chipotle, which I let him know 6 hours ahead before my shift, after he had said that, "if for some reason someone can not make it to their shift, let me know asap so I can find coverage". He gave an attitude and fired me because I needed to go pick up my kids.
