Definitely not the cleanest place(also not the worst I've seen). We went in around 10pm to grab a quick bite to eat. The workers were friendly enough. The service was definitely incredibly slow though. We stood in line probably close to 25minutes just trying to get food and there was only one person in front of us ordering. The food tasted decent. Once we finally got through line, they were completely out of forks so we just grabbed spoons and left (instead of waiting again). I'd be okay coming back but it could definitely use some work.

I used to love this spot. However the manager (Trina ??) has cut the portion sizes in half. $2.30 for 12 chips in my bag when qdoba does.l chips and guac for free…

I HAD to give it a star for the review… OTHERWISE… 0.. there was one very nice young man making the food as well as refilling the line in between orders. Meanwhile other workers walking around doing NOTHING! Got halfway making my burrito and they were out of corn and cheese… I just walked out. Just a mess!

I had a online pick up they said it will be ready in 20 and it took 42 minutes to get my food then when she was walking towards me she slung it on the table 😭 I'll never go back there again

My husband walked in to grab a meal during his shift and felt disrespected by the amount of food in his bowl, not even half of it was full. The servers need to stop acting like this food comes out of their paycheck. I can’t believe my husband is out saving lives as a firefighter (yes he was in uniform) and can’t even get a decent meal to get him through his shift. Not that he should receive special treatment, but chipotle is way too expensive for them to be serving less than half of the bowl to people anyway. Very disappointing.
They care more about online orders than the customers who are standing up in line.
It was ok . I didn't like that she put hot sauce on my food when I didn't want it . Other than that it was a clean place food is good.

I normally wouldn’t leave a review like this, but I felt it was important for the sake of the other employees working under the manager on duty.
During my recent visit, the restaurant was very busy, and the team on the line—especially the two young men making orders—handled it professionally and calmly. Unfortunately, the manager was anything but helpful. She kept interrupting them while they were actively helping customers, asking them to do things she could have easily done herself, and making rude comments like “do you even hear me?” This clearly threw off their rhythm and added unnecessary stress to an already busy situation.
What made it worse was that she spent most of her time standing at the end bagging food instead of stepping in to help where it was needed. Her bad attitude was obvious to guests in line, and it created a negative atmosphere that the rest of the staff didn’t deserve.
Every other employee I saw was friendly and hardworking, and it’s only because of them that things kept moving. I really hope this manager can get some leadership training, because otherwise you risk losing the great employees who are trying so hard to do their jobs well despite her.
Thank you for listening—I’m only sharing this feedback because the team deserves better support from their manager

This location always has an issue with fresh food and giving the correct order. I ordered and had it delivered through the app I was missing items and giving incorrect items. I went up there asked for items I was missing and I asked if I could be compensated for already paying delivery fee and order being incorrect. The manager said I can give you a free drink I explained I had already ordered a drink and then I asked for a refund and she said you’ll have to call 1-800 chipotle. As a manager she could’ve done a lot more even a sorry for the inconvenience would’ve been nice. WONT BE BACK!
