For working at Chipotle these employees are very rude. It wasn’t close to closing, but you’d think I really put them out by asking them to do their job and put a bowl together.

They served my wife day old quac and it was dark green. The line worker tried to find other quac but couldn't as it was right at open. The manager came up, stood over her shoulder and said the quac is fine. I took his word and left. My wife went to eat it and said it tasted like lemon and it was gross. She couldn't finish the bowl. Disappointing to see a line worker didn't want to serve it but her manager made her.

Chipotle gave us a free meal after complaint, but I'm not sure we are ever going to come back to this one. Definitely don't come at open.

Chipotle has gone downhill since covid. Food quality is terrible. Portions are small. Now they serve burnt chips. I didn't think I needed to check the chips.

The manager Carla has the nerve to refuse my return because I didn't have my receipt. The gentleman that served my food confirmed with me and the manager that he remembered and he forgot to give me my receipt. Carla was very rude and unprofessional. She opened up our eaten food in front of another customer, over the food bar and picked threw it. She told me that it would take an hour and a half for her to find my receipt because she didn't have time for me. She could have gotten it quickly because they had no customers other then myself and one other lady and they were not busy at all. She just wanted to be in control and be on a power trip and make me wait on purpose. I can't believe Carla is the manager to this restaurant. I am pretty sure if this restaurant knew the behavior of Carla, they wouldn't be very happy. Carla you need some more training honey because this is not how we treat customers. End of story, she finally refunded me over an hour later and threw the money on the counter. Carla needs some help Chipotle. Please retrain Carla!!!

Every time I give this location a try I end up sick a few hours later. Don't eat here unless you enjoy spending half your evening in the bathroom. This location is filthy and needs a slap from a health inspector
