I just had the worst experience of my LIFE at this Chipotle. Save your time and money, never go here! Apparently, if you want to make a group order, you have to do it on the app? Never heard of that! It isn't specified anywhere either. It shouldn't matter if I do 8 bowls in person or 8 bowls online, because either way, they are making the bowls. Sue me for having the workers do their JOBS!!! The worker yelled at me, yes yelled at me, for making the order in person and not online. Every time I have made an online order, it's messed up, so I have to order in person. She then proceeded to rush me through the entire order, although I was trying to ensure it was correct. I ended up with 8 thrown-together bowls and a terrible lunch experience. I will NOT be back.

There are rarely surprises at IHOP. No matter where it is located, the menu is about the same. This is a new location for this IHOP, and no surprises. Portions are large, eggs are made to order and the pancakes are fluffy. Table service was exceptional here, as the waitress was polite and had a great personality. For casual food and atmosphere, this IHOP is the location to go

"Disappointing Customer Service"

I recently visited [this chipotle], unfortunately, my experience left a lot to be desired. While waiting in line to order my burrito, it was clear the staff was not paying attention to the customers. Even after making eye contact, I felt there was unnecessary attitude, which made the interaction uncomfortable.

When I gave specific instructions about how much hot sauce I wanted, the server disregarded them and added a whole spoonful, which was not what I asked for. This lack of attention to detail and dismissive attitude significantly impacted my experience.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service, as it can make a big difference in ensuring customers feel valued.

I stopped by chipotle on 11-10-2024 to get my family dinner after I worked a 13 hour shift. I received the worst service , it felt like they didn't want to be open , every item I asked for in my bowl I got sighed at and the short Hispanic girl looked like she had lost her best friend , maybe her mom maybe her dog. She looked like she didn't want or need to be there. She rushed me through the line , told me I was taking all their ingredients, items were left out of my bag because I was so rushed. I also asked for recommendations for sides on the quesadillas and they told me all the sides cost extra even tho it came with 3 in the dinner box . I felt so unwelcome , won't be returning to this location for a while , as a daughter of an ex employee I did expect the hospitality and the environment to be more friendly as I have been visiting this location since 2008. I would offer some advice but truthfully I don't think I can offer any advice to people who just hate their jobs.

After the experience no one ate the food it was incomplete, the ingredients were old and I basically gave you guys 27 dollars to treat me like utter crap because none of the food was touched. Terrible terrible experience .

If the manager isn't there you won't get good service.

The reviews speak for themselves read all the 1 stars and look at the pictures posted by countless other customers. I'll save you the long story I had another disappointing experience here with substandard everything. When will corporate step in and stop letting this management team trash your names. I've been a consistent customer at chipotle's across the country for over 20 years. This chipotle is a disgrace and management needs to change. Please fix this so I can continue enjoying the food. Just because the store is busy and in a prime location doesn't give you all the right to ruin the brand it give poor quality food to customers. Do better!
