Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered through doordash 30 minutes before they closed. Around 10:40 I received my order which only had the chicken and rice. Nothing else of what I ordered.

I understand i placed near closed but they are just being lazy. This is so unprofessional. They didn’t want to add everything else simply because they didn’t want to wash the dishes. I was really looking forward to this.

There's not enough places to sit and eat there. This is in a strip mall. When a rainstorm rolls in and you already have it ordered food on the app, it makes dining incredibly impossible.

Food was pretty good. The servers were very distracted by other things. She asked me 3 times what I would like on my tacos & then would turn and do something else.. I answered all 3 times and then the last time had to say when you're ready I will tell you a 4th time.
There was no ice in the soda fountain. The tables were all dirty & the music was extremely loud.

Food was very good here. The new carne asada burrito was delicious. I also tried the new chimmichuri sauce which was phenomenal. Also, the guacamole is a must have to make the burrito great!

I ordered food for delivery. The chips were very stale and the portions were small. Adding Queso for $2 is not worth it.

Ordered online twice, and it messed up both times. First I ordered a burrito and got a bowl. Second time I went there they had all the items right but ingredients wrong. Plus one of the drinks was messed up.

This place is always filthy.

The tables and drink area needed to be wiped down. Both trash cans were overflowing.

Awful. The manager especially. Rushed me through the line. She goes “hurry up we have a line”. Messed up my order, and terrible customer service. Never coming back to chipotle— not just this one, any of them! Place is trash.
