I order chipotle all the time and this store keeps messing up my order. Today I ordered 3 soft tacos and received them kids meal style and deconstructed without even enough meat to fill the three tortillas and missing salsa. I always order online and have had no issues getting a refund until today. They say because I have had so many issues they can’t refund me. Tell your store to stop messing up. I always order on the mobile app. Very disappointing. I shouldn’t be penalized because your staff is messing up. Horrible customer service.
Updated: I reached out to this link/customer service before I posted this review. They were not helpful. Would much prefer a legit email address. All I want is a refund. I order chipotle often. 9 times already this year.

Worst service we have ever had. Ordered our food online. No indication they were out of anything. Hubby said there was a poorly handled written sign on the door that said "No cheese, no chips." But since we ordered online it was already paid for. Hubby got home. All the food we did get was wrong. My food was so spicy ( I did not order any spicy salsa), I couldn't finish it, my tongue was in fire. The tortillas looked like napkins. Worst service and food we have had at Chipotle. Probably will not go to this location again.

My wife and I were traveling through Kansas City, Missouri. We could have chosen anywhere to eat but went out of our way 3 miles off the interstate and ate at Chipotle and were told that I couldn't get a chicken quesadilla in person but only online. After voicing our opinion about the "policy," the manager apprentice Brittian didn't care if we ate food there or not as we won't affect his sales numbers. After we decided to eat there, the employees, all who were extremely young and obviously not trained in customer service, proceeded to stare and laugh at us along with Brittian. We are complaining to corporate as this policy and poorly trained staff which need to be addressed.

Probably the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Completely out of everything. We get in line it’s “no brown rice, no lettuce, no salsa, no queso ” I order my bowl the lady is slamming the spoons down meat juices flying everywhere. I get to the end with my side of quac that I’ve ALREADY paid for and oh by the way, we’re out of chips. Christ just close 🙄 or offer a coupon for the inconvenience the line is 20 people deep and you have basically nothing, and the food you DO have looks dry.

This place is always out of EVERYTHING. They don’t tell you when you pick up your order that half your order will be missing. Last time I went they didn’t even have forks or spoons.

I placed my order on the app. The store is at 4151 Sterling Ave, Kansas City, MO 64133. My pickup time was 10:50am, which is the time that they open. I was the first customer inside. After they gave two customers behind me their orders, I asked about my order. I told them I was the first customer inside and they were helping people behind me. I also ordered ahead online. They just ignored me when I told them that. Kency was the host who was running the register. She also ignored me when I explained that i pre-ordered. To this i was told that they were behind. So I also pointed out that I was in first. They waited on everyone behind me who had not pre-ordered before me. They ignored me at this point. So I asked for the owner's phone number and got no response. So, after helping all 14 customers behind me, 3 if which placed their orders right then and there, they finally gave me my order. I asked for the person's name and she refused to give me her name. But I had seen it on her nametag, Kency. This was the worst experience I have ever had with Chipotle, and we order from Chipotle very often. I may need to find a different restaurant from now on. My order was $78.78, which is typical for us.

Had a burrito from here last night. Next thing you know I got food poisoning. When I seen workers I’ve never seen something told me to turn around but that’s my fault for not following my first mind. THE WORSE EVER. I’ll never ever eat at a chipotle again EVER. Yall can have that mess. Be careful
This location has gone down hill big time. I live very close so it's convenient but any more it's not worth it. I'm over it after today.
Portions are very small, they're super inconsistent in terms of quality and there's always something wrong with the order.
More often than not they're out of multipe ingredients and it never reflects on the app. At least show the ingredients aren't available so I can not waste my money on food I didn't order.
Also enforce some sort of dress policy. There's always guys there with their pants hanging off their behind and showing their underwear. Gross and unprofessional to say the least.
