Overall a really positive experience. One girl we dealt with was kind of disinterested but never rude.

Haven't been here since I was a kid. The whole family had fun playing old games and new. The gentleman who helped us, Kenan, was very professional and kind, and when it came time to turn in tickets, he was very helpful and generous as we figured out prizes for the kids. The noise level between the music and the games was a bit much for this old guy:) But on the whole it was a fun family outing.

Went to the Zona Rosa location with family this past Sunday around 1pm. Two adults, two children aged 7 and 4. We ordered 1 pizza, 1 breadsticks, 1 salad bar, 4 drinks and an hour of play for each of the kids.
The good:
The breadsticks were great and the pizza was good too.
The salad bar was unlimited trip (for $11.99) so we went and got salad a couple of times and all 4 of us just ate from it.
The drinks were also unlimited.
The bathrooms were relatively clean.
The bad:
Prices are way higher than my last visit (which admittedly, was pre-COVID). For what we had, it was just over $100 for 4 of us (even with discounts).
They show discounts on their menu boards (for example; if you buy food you get 10% off the price of the game cards) *but* we had to ask for the discount. The first receipt she gave me (before I paid) clearly didn’t have the advertised discounts and I had to ask for the price to be adjusted.
Trash was overflowing in our nearest trash can, and only emptied once in the near 2 hours we were there.
They were busy I admit because of birthday parties, but the pizza and breadsticks we ordered took 45 minutes to be prepared.
A lot of the machines were broken; especially the ones that take your picture for those “memories”. They had 4 such machines (picture takers) and all 4 were out of order.
The 6 small trampolines they have will cost you about $15-$20 *per child* extra. That’s in addition to what you paid for the food and game cards. Despite the disappointment when we told the children, we just couldn’t stretch to that having already paid over $100 for food and games.

Is the $12 cost to jump a franchise rule or set by each location? Is there a plan to remove the trampolines? They appear to just be taking up space. If it wasn’t for not being allowed to use the trampolines, my kids would’ve had a perfect experience as usual
We have had a membership since summer of 2024 and it is worth every penny!! They are often a little bit understaffed but most places are. All of the employees are friendly and appreciative of your patience. Pizza is always good & the unlimited salad bar is my favorite. Free WiFi for parents - I take my laptop and get work done sometimes!
It’s always clean and there are rarely games out of order, in my experience. We love it there ♥️

Fun times, the kids love it of course. The food is not so great for the adults but the kids really love it. That's what matters. Great place for kids.

My daughter bashed her face on a table completely her fault she wasn't paying attention but when she came running to me face covered in blood in sitting at the birthday tables they did absolutely nothing I didn't see anyone also the 10 year old kid who was doing the parties who left and said someone else will be with you then not seeing anyone for the remainder of the party til someone mentioned it to your staff like what happened this happened Friday between 5 and 7:30 pm I wouldn't recommend going here was better when I was a kid
It has been a couple days and still haven't heard anything from you guys what happened is unacceptable in any circumstances at all
Kid-friendliness: My daughters face was bleeding profusely and they ignored her like it wasn't their problem so kid friendly not so much

We found out about their monthly passes, so we signed up, and it has been a fantastic time for my son and me at the skyview location. We go almost everyday, we get free play points, and drinks, and discounted food and items. The people working there are absolutely fabulous! They know us when we come in and make us feel right at home and comfortable. I can't not mention the maintenance man for the machines, he interacts with the kids fantastically. Imagine having a machine open and working on it and 5 4-8 year olds wanting to see what you're doing. He is able to talk to them and manage to get their interest elsewhere so he can finish his job. You all are absolutely amazing! Keep up the great work.
Kid-friendliness: Well their motto is " Let a kid be a kid" so I'll let you decide.

It's a place for the kids to have their birthday and play games. Would be nice if after decades the pizza would be better than cardboard!

Waited for pizza and wings for over an hour. Food came out cold. They did refund everything then offered to make new wings. 45mins later I got the wings from the kitchen window myself and they were cold.
