The entertainment was dull, the person playing Chucky was not energetic nor showing any enthusiasm to entertain the little ones, no stamina in dancing, no rhythm no excitement
We have a Gold Pass. It is really worth the price. Because we have it, we visit once a month. We didn't visit that often prior to the Gold Pass.
This location needs some help. I thought maybe it was a fluke- they were having a bad day. Nope- I go back 2nd tjme in a month and it is just how it is ran.
Food took forever. It did come out hot but it took so long. So long that I checked on it 2x while my kids were playing… the lines for anything are long. The staff is unapologetic. Which was so irritating.
The manager was making food in the back- she seemed overwhelmed and irritated herself. Which just wasn’t a good look. We waited on her 2x- first the ice cream vending does not work (it was the same last time as well..) so they had to call manager to come unlock it. Several calls on the radio later she finally comes out. No apologizes on long wait- nothing.
Okay so then the kids are done- we go to the counter to cash out the tickets. A joke.. employees kept just walking by us. I’m assuming they all have their own duties but a training opportunity is to let your guests know that. Them just walking past us over and over and not helping or getting us help creates a terrible experience. An employee finally came to help. We asked if for a prize higher on the shelf. He disappeared. Like for a very long time. Finally I asked someone to help us and they get on the radio and walk away. At this point it’s a joke.. we spent more time in lines than we did playing and now we can’t even cash in our tickets.. finally we find the guy who walked away.. following what seemed to be another manager cleaning up a spill. He isn’t helping her- he is just standing by her. He sees us, makes eye contact and nothing…. Just an awful experience.
Finally manager comes over - again unapologetic AND acts as though we are wasting her time….. no interaction whatsoever. My kids felt rushed - she kept looking off as if she was bored. Just awful…
I’m sure it’s short staffing issues but that doesn’t mean customers deserve to have a bad experience. Especially at freaking Chuck E. Cheese where you’re spending a dumb amount of money.
We won’t be going back to this location and I wouldn’t recommend it.
It’s been a very long time since I’ve been to a Chuck E Cheese but holy cow this place has gone down hill. I’m not sure if it was just this location or if they’re all this bad but this place was disgusting. The bathrooms were gnarly in every single stall. All of the napkin holders on every table were empty. Trash and food everywhere, trash cans overflowing. None of the staff were very helpful or nice. It is expensive! Socks for $10 a pair to play in their TINY jump and slide area. Then for a personal sized pepperoni pizza it was $18. At least 5 of the arcade games were out of service. When I went to get prizes from our tickets, the manager was standing there, looked at us and walked away. We stood there for about 15 min and no one helped so we left. We will never go to this location again. For the money, you can go to rush funplex which is a lot cleaner, more options and same price range.
Go here every time my kids are bored it’s a fun and a great environmental place it’s makes the kids happy and tired at the end so we can take a nap when we get home staff was amazing and so helpful the manger short guy with black hair was so sweet and helpful and the kid check staff working there was so welcoming cashier young African American lady with with the scarf wear, glasses and braces was so kind and got me situated quickly loved it there and my kids did too the food took a while to be made but it was busy there so it was expected food took about 30-40 minutes to come but other than that this is a great and very kid friendly ages up to 3-older.
Booked a birthday party for Saturday. Arrived early and still didnt get checked in until 15 min into our time. Staff was rude and chucky had zero enthusiasm. The kids where all excited and he just stood there, the staff had more excitement in entertaining the kids and getting them hyped. One of my guest only got two of her kids stamped not her or her third child. I walked right out with my kid wasnt verified he actually belonged to me. Just laziness I think the most friendly staff member was a kid in training. Won't go back.
Fun place but very expensive
Great time for my Granddaughters birthday. Not real business at the time we went.
We had a nice time. It would be a little nicer if the staff were more presentable. The one employee we saw had split green and yellow hair( poorly dyed) and not brushed. Their uniform looked like they pulled it from the dirty clothes basket. Made us a little leary to order pizza. But we were there for our grandson whom had a blast!
Very slow, no one wants to help anyone, not even manager. 15 people in the place took 20 minutes to order, and an hour for the food.

Removed some of the games for an expanded upcharge playplace. Wasn't really excited about that, this location is possibly the best one in KC, the staff is phenomenal.
Great birthday party venue.
The membership is worth it when you live near by. My family moved in May and we have been trying to cancel our membership since. The store isn’t allowed to cancel it and when you go online it takes forever to find the cancel option… but that is OK because even when you cancel it they keep taking the money out.. 4 months now. I could understand May because that is the month we cancelled. We’re so busy we haven’t been able to use it once since we moved. Since no one from customer service or the store or the website can help us maybe someone else has had this problem. The only other option I’m seeing is to do a chargeback at the bank but I don’t want to do that either. Idk why a kids business can’t be upstanding and fix the problem
Screaming coming from children
A rat scaring them off
Crappy prizes and dirty presents
Employee with inappropriate peircing (photo below)
