Terrible went there yesterday with my kid, management there is awful, was lied and my concerns were completely dismissed by both members of management, food was improperly made. Only reason I was able to get food refunded was because I talked to some guy in a bright green shirt I think he was corporate.

Took extremely long for not just my group to get their food, but the group next to me and the other group across. It's one thing to charge high prices for food, but at least give it some level of justification for paying that much. Just saying.

Literally everything was broken, the food had hair in it and one of the staff members sprayed my child with chemicals while cleaning and was very rude about it! I will never give this trashy, ghetto and very unprofessional place my money again!

This is a very spacious place for children to play.. My grandson had a party there and it was Dirty the staff wasn't cleaning off no table where customers had sat and ate..their was food on the floor that employees was walking over..the trashcan was full.. We cleared our party things but had to push the trash down with my Hand before I could get trash from our party in the can. It was cotton candy trash on the floor. The pop and juice tasted just like soda water no flavor at all..

I come here all the time with my kids. Every time is a great experience. Expect this once. Devin took my order, brown hair, heavy set. she didn’t hear what my order was and instead of showing great customer service she was very rude and said “What?” Absolutely disgusting. I was shocked. Then I proceeded to say I would like a number one then mocked me and said “numero uno” I am a Mexican woman so I took offense. She is a white woman. Then asked me how many plates. I mocked her back and said in Spanish the number six. And she looked confused and dumbfounded and said huh. I told her well you seem to understand Spanish from my understanding now you don’t. I will never come here again. If you don’t like your job don’t work in a kid environment go work in a factory job since that’s the type of attitude you have.

Went for school night. Took forever to get in, due to no one there to stamp. They were very confused at the register while ringing us up. We had to grab our own food from the kitchen window, the pizza plate was hot and we had to carry it to our table. We're not even sure it was put under our school event. We ate our food and left. No one was at the door to even check our stamps. We ended up walking out. Very irritating experience. Left without even using the game time that we purchased.

I took my family to this establishment thinking we would have wholesome family fun. We were greeted by a man/ woman with a full beard and breast and his/her undergarments showing through his/her shirt. I had an issue annd he gave me an hard time over tickets saying it was nothing they could do. So I asked for a manager. The manager was wonderful and got my issue handled. However this grown man/women wants to address me as “they” . When is enough enough. this is a kids establishment. They are coming to play with chuckie not to know about people personal problems, multiple personality disorders , or your sexual preference or beliefs. These are kids, that is a man/women looking like a confused slouch greeting KIDS. I felt uncomfortable being in this establishment with my children. Next thing we know it’s going to rub off on chuckie
