Church's Texas Chicken

I got the app...I've used it twice. I'm deleting it & not going back to this establishment.
The food was cold both times. My shrimp was hard as a rock, my chicken tasted old. Needless to say...I didn't eat it. The people aren't nice, they food isn't good. I won't be back!

The lady who attends the self-service speaks Spanish and I barely asked her in English what I wanted. Seeing how difficult it was for me to make my order, she didn't tell me until after I was in front of her and her features told me that she was Hispanic and I asked her. You speak Spanish and he said yes, he gave me arto corag3 because he couldn't tell me before and serve me better in my language

Don't buy anything there. It is the worst place to buy chicken. The worst service.
I placed an order online for the same so I wouldn't have to battle with those people. He arrived and the door was closed, no one wanted to open it. Well then I'm going through the window. I get to the window and tell her I'm coming to pick up an order in the name of that person and the bieja doesn't want to serve anyone. He tells me I'm not going to give you anything if you don't go through the drive through. I tell him but why do you want me to go through the drive through if I come to pick up. They didn't give me anything. He made me go to my car and they told me to go through the drive through only to ask me for the horn I wanted. I told him, I told you that I'm coming to pick up an order. Ok, go through the window.
Is it serious? Just for that they made me drive through the drive through. And he still hands it to me as if he were giving it to me.

No Stars! Very rude service. Food was not correct and I'm I'm still waiting on my money to be refunded to my card!! Horrible will not order here again for sure!!!

I ordered a meal deal for two total was $10.90 I get it home and it was the worst chicken I've ever seen. I tried calling and they do not have a phone so left a voicemail and the following day I took it back no one could eat that I was starving so I ate the mashed potatoes. Upon returning it the girl and the manager treated me like I was trying to scam them I told them I'd just like my money returned so after standing at the drive thru window for what seemed forever the manager went thru the whole box and then said they'll return my money. In the end the girl gave me $8.00 because I ate the potatoes and she was very rude about the whole ordeal I would recommend do not pull away from the window without inspecting your food there is no way to go inside at all or call so they treat you like you do not matter at all in their line of business like I was in the wrong for not eating it. So not go there unless you check your food first

Parking: There is no parking you can not go inside and order or even look at the kitchen so who knows what's sitting out rotting all day they only have a drive thru window and they push you away quickly if any complaints at all.

Around 6:00pm I went to get a meal for my family, Guillermina N. Was the person to “assist” me. She obviously doesn’t know what customer service is. She told us to pull back around with attitude for the correct order after she got the first one wrong. I don’t know if she packed my meal but they obviously can’t count because my order was wrong again after we had gotten home. Don’t want to go back and try again since I’m sure they’ll probably do something to my food. The food was old and tasted funny, we threw everything away, what a waste of money and time. I don’t recommend going here service and food at this place was horrible. I hope she gets let go for her horrible attitude and bad customer service.

I do not recommend this place, the woman at the window is very rude and whenever you ask for sauces, they don't give you the truth, if you don't want to work, it is better for them to stay at home.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORSE!! IT FELT LIKE THEY REALLY DID NOT CARE IF YOU PLACED AN ORDER OR NOT..I ASKED ABOUT THEIR SPECIALS AND THE GIRL WAS SHORT WITH ME.. EITHER SHE DID NOT KNOW WHAT THE SPECIALS WAS OR SHE WAS READY TO MOVE ME ALONG SO SHE COULD GO BACK TO WHATEVER WAS MORE IMPORTANT THEN THE CUSTOMER. THIS LOCATION IS NOT MY FIRST TIME I EXPERIENCED BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I TRIED THEM AGAIN BECAUSE THEY ARE CLOSER TO MY HOME BUT IT'S NOT WORTH IT. OH AND PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE BECAUSE THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE.

The people who serve you are rude, they should work more on customer service, it's always the same and the worst of all is that the chicken chain hasn't even done anything to improve their restaurants, which is a shame, I prefer to spend my money in a place that if they appreciate their clients
