I ordered the chicken fried steak with macaroni and cheese substitute. Menu picture shows white gravy, and my receipt says white gravy but they poured brown gravy on everything, didn't include the macaroni but charged me for it. The only thing edible was the biscuit. After struggling through the language barrier they reluctantly refunded the money the next day but said I needed to specify that I wanted white gravy.

I have not been to Church's Chicken in over 7 years or more. I decided to stop by. The service and the restaurant was great. I was so dissatisfied with the size of the chicken. I paid $9.26. Very disappointed. I understand the economy, but Church's wings were their trademark.

We did NOT get the 5 jalapeño peppers that were supposed to be with the package deal we purchased. It was not feasible to go back and get them.
