This place is always busy and ice cream here will definitely makes you feel good

There are so many flavors out there, but I will recommend you to try chocolate and also sweet cream

Make sure you add toppings of your choice for extra kick.

We tried here sweet cream, ice cream with almonds and pecans and toppings, and also chocolate ice cream with brownie fudge and almonds pecans and a nice seating position outside cold stone makes you kid.

Because so many kids will be in front of you playing and it feels good to enjoy that moment.

Make sure you be conscious about Ice cream size too.

Ice cream is great. Lady working close today (wednesday 11/12) had major attitude for no reason. Is it that hard of a job, why so miserable???

I came into the store around 2 to get some ice cream the gentlemen who happen to be working there ignore me because he was too busy touching his phone didn't care to bother to help me so I walk out he just lost a customer

I purchased a Strawberry Passion full size cake on Saturday, cut it on Sunday and the cake was dry as can be. I’ve never purchased a cake like this one before. Ice cream cakes are me and my families favorite type of dessert for birthdays and this cake was horrible. Almost $50 down the drain on dry cake, not even good enough to be edible.

I don’t imagine it’d be particularly hard to serve ice cream, but these kids made it seem like it was. My ice cream was melting and dripping out of the cup by the time it hit the counter, while the girl who put it there was very curt and seemed to not want to be there. Thankfully the girl who rang us up was very nice, and makes me feel ok giving cold stone a single star. Was you guys’s cold countertop off? Seriously, what was wrong with yall tonight?

Incredibly unprofessional. Service was horrible I walked in and got the stink eye like I was hated for existing. No due dates on their refrigerated items. No talking to the customer. Food was ok at best

Always friendly service and a great sweet treat spot. They hire young adults (this shouldn't be a surprise) and sometimes you get the young adult employee experience, but it's important to treat them with kindness as for some this is their first venture into the job world. The owner is a really friendly guy with fantastic customer service skills and attitude, he works fast, cares for the customers, and isn't afraid to jump in and get to work when it gets busy.

This is our go to sweet treat stop and since the Legends is a Pokemon Go hot spot it's even better!

I just don't understand why when I order a kids cone they put the scoop of ice cream in a bowl and then just stick the cone on top like a decoration. Then I have to make the cone myself. Why am I making my kids cone myself? And then they ask for a tip when I cash out. For what? You didn't even make the ice cream cone i asked for

They have been very consistent with custom orders for parties and the ice cream is always delicious. Much better service than the Zona Rosa location.

Had a lovely experience tonight at the legends location .
There were several events going on the movie playing outdoors , soccer and baseball games
There was plenty of staff working efficiently and they were all pleasant

Was feeling some ice cream and came across this coldstone in the legends district and stopped by. The store was very clean and was busy, the line was moving very quickly though. There was a gentleman younger I believe his name was Ramiz took care of me, I wanted something strawberry and he recommended me a popular order and I loved it. Thank you Ramiz for the recommendation keep up the great work!

Went in 10 mins before close and they had already put all the ice cream up. Close time is at 10 and they were very rude about it. Absolutely disappointed!!!

First time coming. And yummy. Had the Apple pie ice cream.
