Went in 10 mins before close and they had already put all the ice cream up. Close time is at 10 and they were very rude about it. Absolutely disappointed!!!

I cannot share enough kind words about the owner of this location. My granddaughters (age 6 & 8) were visiting from Germany and wanted ice cream. They were completely overwhelmed by the variety and number of choices but we thought we had finalized their order only for the youngest to have a complete meltdown when she realized she had ordered sprinkles instead of marshmallows. The owner spoke to her in the kindest tone (even though she didn't understand all of the words), and promised her marshmallows. All was right in her world when he handed her a new cup with the marshmallows in it at no charge. The world needs more people like him. Thank you again.

Ordered 2 sizes of ice cream. Got 2 smalls. Annoying because that's not what we paid for. Lost money.

The ice cream served in house is always good.
I bought a small cake, Cake Batter Confetti, which was $37 before tax. It was not good. The red velvet cake was extremely dry. The topping candy was stale. Would not recommend.

Quick and friendly service! The young man who took our order even threw our ice cream up into the air and caught it with the cup! My kids loved that!

I walked into Cold Stone this day in hopes of a delectable and indulgent cold treat however I was given that and a twilight zone like out of body experience. It was as if M Night Shyamalan had written and produced a movie where a couple walk into a shop and are the only ones there with 3 people behind the counter yet felt like they were invisible. We had stood at the order giving place a mere 3 feet from a worker who had obviously been instructed to not acknowledge our existence in some sort of practical joke. They were scooping around the ice cream and putting the scoop down aimlessly for maybe 2 minutes as we thought she must’ve been making a Uber eats order but nope just scoop, drop scoop, repeat. I at first was curious to see how long this would last but then I had to ask “so uhhh watch a doing?” Girlfriend holding back giggles at this point as shockingly I was ignored. I keep going “so are yah playing with it? I would too if I worked here I guess” then we were told “nope just getting out some of the bad stuff” we were relieved that we were in fact not invisible then our minds went back to the ice cream. So after the awkward silence after that back and forth we then go for it “so uhhh can we order now” then the normal process of ordering food at a food place began then silence fell over the shop. Two of the workers began conversation “which seemed like normal human behavior” so we were more relieved then payed for our treats and left.An older woman was going for the door as we were leaving so I held the door for her then she looked at it decided not to go in and also didn’t acknowledge us.Well done Cold Stine hiring a director, writer, and actors for this hilarious prank.P.S. Ice cream was fire.

The atmosphere was very unwelcoming, unfriendly and unapologetic. They helped a large group that was in line behind me before helping me, which isn’t a huge deal but when I asked if I could get helped they obviously got annoyed. There was about 5 workers standing around doing nothing as everyone in line just stared at them waiting for service. I asked for Reese’s to be included in my sons ice cream and half of it fell on the floor, when I asked if she was going to replace it she said no. When I was checking out I did let the worker know that I understand it was close to closing time (an hour until close) and they were all probably very tired but they need to work on their customer service because the atmosphere there was VERY unkind. He just gave my my change and said by. I would give one star but the ice cream was alright so two it is.
