My red velvet Blizzard didn't have enough red velvet flavor at all. Lots of chunks of something chewy in there but overall disappointing. My grandson was disappointed in his salted caramel truffle blizzard, preferring Wendy's salted caramel Frosty. Waited a very long time for his blizzard. Was shocked to spend over $21 for 3 medium blizzards.

We used to give this DQ a 5. Not anymore! No chocolate ice cream, kids can only get a cone not a small sundae with kids meal. Cheese Burgers are microwaved to melt cheese, causing buns to be chewy and gummy.

Someone or something has changed here! Corporate should look in before a great store becomes another closed store. Here at noon and it is dead compared to normal business.

10 out of 10 on this review, staff was very clean, organized and respectful. An employee named Kaitlyn Erickson (I got permission to give her a shout out), cleaned the seats, floors, tables and bathrooms very well. This is the nicest DQ I've ever been in.
The food is incredible and the prices are reasonable, they were very fast with our food. Everything was fresh, they have a wide variety of full sized cakes and other interesting cake decorations as you can see in the photos with the cakes.
Birthday celebrations or if you just want a fresh cookies n cream ice cream cake? You're going to love this place.
I'm giving the employees that are working right now a 10/10, they are very friendly and sociable but also professional and courteous.
I'm definitely coming back to this establishment and I encourage other Americans that love cheeseburgers and great service, best fast food place in Kansas City in my personal opinion. I'd also like to commend Holden Vanfossan.
Everything excellent all around.
The employees were very appreciative of this review as I even showed them what I wrote and they were ecstatic that someone gave them some positive recognition for their hardwork. If the owner reads this? They deserve promotions as these young staff members are going to go very far in life with this type of work ethic.

Morning crew is always on top of the game . Night is also. Food is always fresh during the day at night. Everyone is so friendly . Even during rush they make fast food look easy. Ice cream is always right and when there is an issue the shift leads and the gm make it right.

Who ever was the manager tonight (11/21/24) was a tub of lies and poor customer service. Total understand why I've heard of the bad things from her and her staff. Poor excuse for a Dairy Queen.

I got a chili dog and small blizzard. Blizzard came with no lid and was dripping everywhere by the time I got home less than 10 minutes away. Chili dog was awful. Never again.

Wasn't busy in the drive through. Got two burger and cheese curds. One of the curds where cold, and the other was over cooked and soaked in oil with most of the cheese cooked out. The burger boxes were sticky and covered in condiments.

I was a drive-thru customer so I don't know what the atmosphere inside is like. I received service with a smile. I was surprised at how tiny their cups are for dogs. Much much smaller than what I'm used to getting for my dogs. But I would definitely go back again if I was in the area.
